So yesterday I was watching a video circulating around twitter which I'm pretty sure was taken from cbid directly...

you have a bunch of old white people in golf carts parading down the street with a bunch of pro-trump signs/flags.... on the sides of the road are more old white people with anti trump signs... Both groups are yelling pretty incomprehensibly at each other. Pretty much the only words you can make out are profanities....

.... and one very clear "white power!" from one of the golf cart riders.

So yeah.... it's cbid in a nutshell.

I send the video to a couple friends, we laugh at the clear racists still supporting trump... (I mean.... they literally yelled "white power"... not a dogwhistle anymore).

Then.... lo and behold... the President of the United States decides he either loves cbid, or he loves racists. Or both....
Yesterday at 6:39am Tiny hands twitler retweeted that video, with a supportive message to the guys yelling "white power".

Has anyone else noticed that the rhetoric in the Politics forum has gotten a bit quiet lately? Obama hasn't been blamed for anything in weeks!

Sorry z. You can assume folks don’t know the context and are just biased all you like and somehow you are smarter and know the context better than them If it makes you feel better. I can only speak for myself but I think I am pretty aware of the context, and what was retweeted and then what was pulled down with the explanation that they didn’t hear it.

I have been to a peaceful protest against some neo-nazi and klan group who got a permit to protest right in front of the Jewish Community Center. Only one idiot stupidly crossed the barriers from our side and was immediately arrested. 500 people kept their $hit together. People also kept their act together at pro choice rally I went to.
