#1. Don’t bother calling customer service until you are 8 business days after it ships. Nothing they can do for you till then. It isn’t considered lost until 8 business days have passed.
#2.If your order consists of any cigarillos, it doesn’t ship regular UPS to USPS. It ships UPS mail innovations to USPS. Nothing but problems with mail innovations.
# 3. Cbid is taking 3 times the orders and customer service calls as a topical Christmas time. The same amount of staffing, no increase.
#4. Cbid is currently shipping 20,000 orders per day.
They are swamped. Be patient. Wait out the 8 business days before you start your inquiries. They are just as frustrated and overwhelmed as you are.
Sorry, there's no excuse for lousy service. If business is that good, hire more people to handle it. There are plenty of people in need of employment. My problem became apparent as soon as they emailed me my invoice for a rather large purchase. Why should I have to wait 8+ days to contact them (see #1 above). Besides, are my wait times on hold with customer service going to be any different eight days from now?
Again they seem to be playing games with shipping charges. This isn't the first time. (For those interested, do a search for "When a 5-pack isn't a 5-pack") As long as Cbid has a credit card on file and customer service won't pick up, they are running the perfect scam. Now I can sit back and wait for all the brown-nosers here to chime in and defend these questionable business practices.
