Help! 1st time Bid still waiting for over month and no cust service?!

Anyone have any info to help me out? I am new to the site and won an auction back in early June. No delivery yet. Wrote 2 separate customer service messages online to inquire over past two weeks with no responses to either one. Called their number and I was on hold for over half hour before I hung up. This site seems horrendous and I am looking to cancel my order with my credit card company at this point for merchandise not received. Is this normal for cigarbid? I had a friend tell me about them so I tried it out but flat out terrible experience. Thanks for any help. -J

I have heard there are folks that get through to CS, but is takes a VERY long time on hold. Well beyond a half hour for them to pick up.
Once they were reached they said something about everyone at the office being worried about getting sick, some kind of Panda bear thing going on.
Sorry you are having problems, call again, or call the CCard company.
You are making at least one other call shortly.

Yes have an order number. Had also ordered a humidor that was sent right away but this part of the order never fulfilled. As mentioned, no reply to two previous customer service requests so will try that number above and then if that doesn't work, deleting account and disputing the charge on cc.

And thanks for trying to help Oscar but that number you posted above is a number for "Church's Chicken" which I didn't even know still existed! Any other numbers to try anyone?

Good laugh! Anyway after over an hour on hold got through to a very nice lady who advised me she is shipping them out without the box. Apparently the box was on backorder. Thanks for everyone's help. I have to go eat my 10 piece bucket of chicken now.

It's nice to see people with a sense of humor. I haven't been in this forum as long as some others, but I'm already starting to pick up on the little tricks the members play, and the sarcasm that accompanies it. Hopefully you get your order soon, so you can start enjoying your smokes after gorging yourself on a bucket of chicken.

I hope you didn't agree that they could ship you cigars without a box. The box shortage is the main reason things are having such a backlog. There have been a lot of damaged cigar reports from cigars being shipped in an envelope rather than a box.

Check your order info. I have two, one from May 14 and the other from last week, that are listed as back ordered. In both cases I haven't seen either of those up for bid since.
Some other orders have been shipped right on time. Probably coronavirus affecting the supply line.
