Missing cigars from Box?

So I got my shipment last week. It was missing part of the order. I have sent a few emails, filed a customer service form. Nothing. I've been waiting on hold, going on 90 mins.

Has this happened to anyone before?

It's their quality control procedure to sample one here and there. You wouldn't want them to send you substandard smokes would you?

These are certainly challenging times. You see all sorts of CBid oddities these days but this is a good one. Well, okay, maybe not good for you....

Wonder if the box was opened to fulfill a singles or 5er order and then when your order came through, the box was incorrectly picked? Think

Update, They said they would ship me a replacement, and they will file a claim with UPS. They said they have heard of stranger things happening in transit.....

Just happened to me as well. I sent an email and am going to call tomorrow during their business hours. Mistakes can happen....But someone used a razor knife and cut out the shipping label from the original box. The label with the original square of cardboard it was taped to was then re-taped onto another box.

Pm CelticBomber with you order info and he will get it took care of . Also let him know what is missing out of the box it will take a day or two but he will eventually get to you.
