I have been on hold for 1 hour 15 min. now. I have tried emailing about my order and have not gotten a response from that either, What the hell is going on with your company. I think I should get the the forums and get this out into the cigar community. I bet I am not the only one out there having problems with your company. Maybe if customers shop elsewhere your customer service may improve.

WTF??? Are you being serious right now? Totally unacceptable... we've got an ombudsman round here for just such incidents - celticbomber... hang up the phone, send him a private message, and he'll have this squared away in a jif...

Yeah, same problem here. On hold forever. No answer to 3 separate e-mails. I've been receiving texts from credit card company showing CB trying to bill for the cigars. Not a problem with the card. Guess i'll cancel order before I get billed and then have to wonder if my cigars will actually show up

I got through to CBID customer service yesterday, they said to send them a fax with your issue and they will handle it. Their email machine is down.

Ordered cigars a month ago, payment posted to my credit card. Still no cigars and no return emails. Phone wait time for me has been an hour, and still no answer.

I have called and emailed with no response or contact. I was also on hold for over and hour and still no response. This is the first time in 2 years that I have ever encountered a problem.

Newbie here. Won my first bid 3 days ago, and really looking forward to the Montecristos. Received an email the night after the order regarding shipping detail issues, and replied right away. Also noticed that my birthdate is off by a day. Since i did not get any reply, called them up now, and was on hold for an hour and a half before getting an agent. She verified my age, fixed address issue, then told me that the birthdate matter is a glitch that their IT guys are still trying to fix. Will give an update when my Montecristos arrive.

Just a sweaty belly button, I wish. I will not say what pics I had to send him, and no Platinum, FML.

I feel so dirty now, well at least I have cigars.
