I wouldn't be surprised if his new executive order will be like pouring gasoline on a fire.

I'm so tired of Law and Order. The wife puts that show on nonstop when she's doing random stuff around the house. I feel like I've seen every episode twice, and she must have seen it more

The wife and I watched it in the evenings on Hulu and got up to about season 10. Then it started getting dumb

always admired the writers' and actors' talents in creating total human depth in the characters, along with intriguing plots.
They never fell back on showing viewers "typical" cops, typical victims etc.

Trump announced some "Law Enforcement reforms"...mostly pablum, except the tracking of "bad cops"...then told Seattle to take back the city or he'd do it quickly...

he seems satisfied with the status quo...

New evidence is grounds for dismissal when the evidence demands it. The appeal court ruled. It's over, but I'd sure like to see that new evidence. I just don't trust Barr. He gives me the legal creeps.

apparently the cops lied in the course of the investigation in order to deceive the suspect into revealing evidence of his criminal conduct...this must be the only case in all of American criminal jurisprudence that it's not ok if cops lie to the criminal to help develop a case...

Barr is a POS. I think he may be rather unhappy when Trump is no longer the boss.

It works for his base.
Simple ideas, simply written, to oversimplify issues and push an agenda.

On the 26th and 27th trump once again made demands for "LAW & ORDER!"
Then on the 29th, changed it up... demanding "LAW, ORDER & SAFETY!" (must have been from his bunker again)

Then today we're back to "LAW & ORDER" twice. Literally... just those two words. Tweeted... and then retweeted.

If any of you just started randomly posting "LAW & ORDER!" in the forum here I might ask the police to go do a wellness check.

anyway, we're up to 22... I'm not counting the law, order and safety.

Yeah, because... no law and anarchy is much better. Violent protests, killings, impeding others' freedom of movement... it's all good, man. No worries... take another route to your destination.

I’m starting to think Victor doesn’t like Trump so anything Trump says Victor has to be against. That’s like the rules or something.

When you're the president of the US, it's nonsense.
He's literally the leader of the executive branch of government.

It's like the CEO running up the halls of a business yelling "PROFIT" once a week.

If the dumbass wants law and order, he should do something to achieve law and order, other than tweeting.

ummmmm...no, we should not be encouraging Trump to "do something to achieve law and order"...

he has deployed to Portland, OR, federal agents from DHS/CBP in camo military uniforms without identifying insignia or ID nameplates and in unmarked vehicles, without consent of state and local government leaders, to stop protests in that city...protests that are Constitutionally protected exercises of citizen's 1st Amendment rights...protests have been mostly peaceful, with a few criminal acts of property damage that local authorities said were under control.

they have stepped up law enforcement efforts to quell the daily protests by use of tear gas and other use physical of force...federal agents have "arrested" some protesters, forced them into unmarked vehicles and transported them without probable cause... beaten, tear gassed and shot others with rubber bullets...

the spokesperson for these federal troops said they were there to protect the federal buildings...yet the officers have strayed way beyond a property protection role, advancing many blocks into city streets beyond federal property...even as local law enforcement agencies request that they stop...

this is what federal government over-reach looks like, the kind that 2nd Amendment groups continually warn about, but our friends on the right have been supportive... or silent, which is tacit approval

I mean.... what he's doing in portland is bad. But at least it's something.

There's something ridiculously pitiful about a person granted all the power of the presidency, combined with a senate that allows anything.... and he sits there tweeting "Law & Order!"

I'd rather he continue his unlawful overreach of federal power than just whine on twitter.
