How do I get in contact with cigar bid

Can someone tell me how to contact cigar bid? I've called several times and was on hold for over a hour and I emailed over a week ago and no response. Please help

Since you posted this in the trades section of the forum, Are you suggesting some kind of trade for access to Cbid CS??

Aparham76 I don’t normally do this, but you seem like a good egg. The owner of CBid is a really cool BOTL named Dave and he truly likes taking care of the forum members here. Call and ask for Dave, he is a great BOTL who will get it straight I promise.

I am having the same issues I have been calling and emailing for weeks about an order and it seems like no one is home.
