Well, many of you know me and I'm not a newbie or a fake account or a competitor.

- Over a week ago I had an issue with a bid..... sent an e-mail..... never heard from them.

- Shipment 2 weeks ago was thrown in a box without packaging to protect $500 worth of cigars, but they all survived.

- LAST WEEK's SHIPMENT....... heard them deliver on my front patio Tuesday night. Went out and picked up the box and it WAS OPEN!!!!!!! C-BID didn't even tape the box shut!!! WTF!!! Another $500 shipment and how the hell do they ship it and not even secure the box???? Un-freaking-believable!!!!!! What's even more amazing..... all the cigars ordered where there. I give UPS some big points for delivering this and the integrity of their drivers that took nothing!


All done with any cigar orders here until they get a grip. So, I don't need any violins here...... but all these customer service posts are not fake and they need to get some new managers. Plenty of good people that would do a far better job than what's in there now.

See... you proved my point. Only 2 shipments and the first week, I didn't know C-bid went to hell. So there is that.

They need to can some people and hire ones that have a clue. Every other company is.......

no matter what else we get from them, we always get the extra large #12 pho...noodles and veggies with the beef broth.
choices of sizes are medium, large, extra large. about a half a buck diff in price

I have been waiting a week for them to PROCESS my purchase. Meanwhile, I have run out of sticks! What is going on. I have been on hold for an hour and a half waiting to talk to someone and nobody ever picked up!!!

You really should PM CelticBomber, he is the forum liaison for CBid. Any time I've ever had an issue with my order (which is rare since I upgraded to the Platinum Membership) he was able to help me out and get the issue sorted.

Apparently there have been reports that hold times are excessive, like several hours. Emal responses from CS are non-existent. Not that it helps, but knowledge is power and all, i guess. Sorry you are having troubles.

I think we all agree the notion of talking to the guys on a forum to resolve your purchasing issues is ridiculous. But it hasn't stopped the 500+ people from trying with new complaints popping up on these here forums every day.
