Is anyone experiencing customer service issues like I am. They do not respond to emails and have put me on hold 3 times over 20 minutes when I call so hang up. Always had great customer serivice in past so what's changed. Does anyone know. They just say your call is very important to us then put you on hold and don't answer.

Strange, I have not heard or seen any other post in this forum regarding customer service problems.

One may want to consider that there was a minor epidemic that has caused some minimal problems to some less prepared business.

I would take a look at the rest of the forum post and see if there are other people having problems.

I have noticed that as well. along with increased shipping costs, missing items in my order (even after I won the bid).....plus.... winning items that are now on "Back Order". How can you auction something you can't deliver on?

I was in Stoughton today, coming from Randolph on my way to Canton.

I emailed yesterday and yet to receive a response 24 hours later. I am on hold right now for 20 mins. My cigar ship day is Tuesday and my order hasn't even processed yet. Not sure whats going on. I have placed many orders in the past and have never had these issues.

Weber never did answer the phone and they usually have great customer service. I wonder what could be happening?

I've got a friend whose brother in law is a higher up in the defense department and I asked him to ask his brother in law about all these strange occurrences with customer service and he did and he called me this morning and said his brother in law said no, nothing is going on...

Delays in shipping seems to be the "new normal" these days. Experiencing it right now with a different vendor and my wife's Amazon and QVC orders also hiccup from time to time.

1) aren’t we in the midst of a pandemic where absenteeism at work due to illness is at an all time high?

2) get a large humidor and fill it. That way you’re not waiting on an order so you have something to smoke.

Dear Mister Fantasy, play us a tune
Something to make us all happy
Do anything, take us out of this gloom
Sing a song, play guitar, make it snappy
You are the one who can make us all laugh
But doing that, you break out in tears
Please don't be sad if it was a straight mind you had
We wouldn't have known you all these years

Customer service is nonexistent. Wrong items in CigarBid shipment. Tried calling. Put in hold queue each time and I hung up after an hour wait, each time. Tried emailing and got no help. Tried PM on CigarBid Facebook and was told customer service would call me A.S.A.P. Call didn't happen. How would you feel if you paid for (2) five packs of Drew Estate Maduro Gran Toro and ended up with Acid Kuba Kuba's????? Bad trade. Several on here have suggested sending a PM to Celtic Bomber which I did as of today.

If you send him three or four PMs in a row he tends to get to you sooner.

I did that for a few days in a row and it worked.

He’s been a busy man. Hope you don’t get the perfunctory form letter response. Anxious

I had to PM Celtic Bomber 6 or 7 times, but it was worth it...not only did he get my order squared away
and delivered to me in record time, but he also included 2 fivers of Drew Estate Maduro Gran Toro for my troubles...

The service these people are getting represent a slim percentage of cigars received.

You think they would let us know they arrived?

They scream and cry. Then the just leave you.

They never write, they never caaaalll. Would it kill them caaaalll?

If these CigarBid issues were such a small percentage of cigars shipped, getting someone in customer service to reply or call wouldn’t not be impossible and attempting to have Celtic Bomber intercede, wouldn’t be necessary.

BLASPHEMY!! Another one of my orders arrived intact and on time.

I want to speak to someone in the complaint department. Or the argument department.

Having the same issues. I won a few bids and forgot to update my credit card expiration date. I received an email that there was a processing error and to call the 1-800 number. Yesterday I was placed on hold for 35 minutes without a response. I then left a customer service request that is still open 24 hours later. I called twice today. The first time I was on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. I’m at about 20 minutes in on hold for the second call.

I’ve been buying from cigarbid.com for over 10 years. I’ve had almost all positive experiences with them until now. I find it concerning that for a few months, there is seemingly no one handling customer service requests. Even as I look through this thread, not a single customer service representative has chimed in to accommodate OP or anyone else that is experiencing problems. Everyone’s got jokes until they run outta smokes. Where are you cbid customer service?

I called today and got voicemail stating they were closed due to unforeseen circumstances. What the hell?! They just sent me an order. But now they sent me an email stating there was a problem and couldn't process my new order. I tried to "reply" and got a notice that that same e-mail address wasn't good!? I can't call, can't e-mail. Maybe smoke signals, or carrier pigions?

Yesterday, I called three times for a grand total of 5 hours of hold time. Additionally, I have now sent over twenty emails with no reply. In past, availability and problem resolution was never an issue, but recently....Cutbacks in customer service are usually signs of financial distress. Is the company in trouble?

And how many of those hours were spent on the phone with celtic bomber? Hmm?

And how many of those emails were sent to celtic bomber? None?

How dare you come in here throwing accusations around like they're beads at a mardis gras parade, when the fact of the matter is you have failed to do the one thing that can actually help you: contacting celtic bomber...

Eh.............they shorted me a fiver of Melanio Robustos on my last order a couple weeks back........their first mistake on my account in years.
I sent one message to CS..........and Of course I have not received a reply.
What to do???
I could whine and cry and spend hours on hold on my cell phone........
Meh.....

I just started buying at the other place instead.
Got some Tats, Illusiones, Sobremesas and a cab of LFDs.........for less money than they go for here.....and less shipping.
Problem solved....

That fiver of Melanios? I’ve written that off as a loss.
Not even Celtic Bomber can help me.

HORRIBLE Customer service. Zero reply to emails (2 weeks ago) Never received an order (credit card charged) and and issue with my last order ($580). I am a nice guy, sat on hold for 1.5 hours today and when they finally picked up, it disconnected. I am currently on hold for 1 hour 34 minutes for the 2nd time today. No issues in the past, they may be going bankrupt, cant imagine C LEVEL leadership reading this posts and not fixing the issues.
