My most recent order had an issue with the card on file that has since been cleared up, but CBID tried the charge twice and then sent me an email saying I need to contact them. I changed the card info 2 days ago, will they eventually try the charge again without me having to contact them? They haven't yet and clearly there are issues with the customer service.

Dunno the answer to your question but yes, definitely issues with Customer Service.

Jedeare you seem like a good egg, so I’ll let you in on a little forum secret. A wonderful BOTL named Dave is the owner of CBid and he loves taking care of long time forum members when issues pop up. Give him a call between 9-5 central time, tell him you’re friends with jaderose, and then what issues you’re having. He’ll take care of you quicker than two shakes of a lambs tale.

Damn Jamie would you quit giving out the Platinum Member's only hotline?

How are us legitimate Platinum members supposed to get through now?

Sure, attempt to edit and resubmit your fraudulent charge, and then put the onus on their customer service???
