It's been difficult to get anyone on the phones over there. However, if you PM CelticBomber, he can get most any issues resolved very quickly. CelticBomber is the forum's Customer Service liaison for CigarBid. You might have to send him a couple messages, as he is usually inundated with Customer Service requests. But he will respond.

Are these customer service calls usual? Or is it all because of delayed shipping?

I've never had to call, but I also don't really shop here since MAP went into effect a few years ago.

Just seems odd how they went from having well known excellent CS to completely inundated and pretty much nonexistent CS. I feel bad for the ladies, they haven't even checked in with us for ages must be swamped.

A *lot* of the good deals on some of the more well known manufacturers are now just memories. Additionally, you don’t see nearly the variety that was once prevalent.

on hold for an hour now. order on hold, email told me to call, there was a problem with my account. even though they just sent me an order 2 days before. called immediately, got message they were temporarily closed, due to unforeseen circumstances. email reply said address not found. how do I find this celticbomber guy/

You can send him a PM. Go up to "My Inbox", under "My Messages" there is "Send New". Click on that, and then you can compose your message. Type "CelticBomber" in the "To" box and you should be able to message him directly.
