P.S. You will notice that none of these are 2+ hour cigars. I rarely have time for churchills and DCs anymore. If I did the top five would be different.

I know what you mean. At least once a month when I'm working a night shift rotation, but have a night off I will make time for one. I wait until everyone is in bed then I grab a churchill and head to the patio with a nice glass of scotch and my laptop.

Quite young in my "serious" cigar smoking career but after some thought these past few days, I'd have to go with AF Anejo #46.

Should be interesting to revisit this next year to see if my pick is still the same. Think

Four and a half-ish years later I don’t think I have a clear cut favorite anymore.

so many really good ones...and due to the nature of cigars, a recently produced version of an old-time fave could be quite different from the one you smoked that wowed you and was produced several years ago...

add that to changes in one's tastes...it's really hard to have a consistent top cigar, year after year after year

After 2 cups of coffee and 3 Trader Joe’s Ube Mochi pancakes (…’cause waffles are for Commies!…), I ran across this old thread. I think, for today, I would pick the AF Mag R44 as my favorite cigar. Of course I reserve the right to change my mind in another year or so.

La Andalusian bull was my favorite , but the last one I had was not as good as the first. I bought 3 boxes a few few years ago and only smoke them on special occasions.
