More than a few Customer Service issues since the COVID hit. On an order back in April, "Processing" took like 4 or 5 days but I did (eventually) receive my cigars albeit a week late. Wasn't a big deal but it was the first time I had seen that term on an order of mine. Apparently things have worsened since then.

It means the leaves for the tobacco used to make your cigar are “Processing” ( actually the correct term is fermenting”....)
It’s gonna be a while before you get your cigars.
