For Google purposes: CIGARBID will not answer customer service calls or respond to customer service emails. I have been on hold for over 3 hours today.

Good luck getting an email response/customer inquiry ticket. I've been waiting a week now. I won't be calling in and waiting for hours on end. I'm just trying pay for an order that couldn't process for whatever reason...even though it is the same card used to process an order the week prior. I'll probably just have them cancel and be done with it if I ever get a response. I'd hate to be someone who either had their order lost or damaged.

Ok, and the number of times you've followed instructions and sent a private message to celtic bomber is how many?

It gets real old having you people come in here and complain about things not going right when you haven't taken step 1 in solving your own problems...

Sending a private message to a rep on a forum is the way to handle customer service? It's not like I sent a random email inquiry, there is a ticket open. Sounds like a half-assed way to do customer service for a company this large. I'd lose clients left and right if that was how I handled problems at my job. You don't have to worry about "you people" complaints coming from me. My 4th follow up now has just requested they just go ahead and cancel the order. I'd hate to lose a large order in the mail, or have a large order damaged and get this type of "customer service". Message a forum member....gtfo lol

I submitted an order on Sept. 8th but the card on I had file had to be cancelled because of fraud. I added a new card. I received a couple of emails instructing me to call which I've done TWICE. I was on hold for over an hour each time. (I know - who stays on hold for an hour?)

I've also sent them 3 email messages and they have not replied to any of them. Customer "service" is an oxymoron for CB.ram27bat horse

Even when you call customer service at 9:00 a.m. in mornings all customer service people are busy answering calls. Even waiting on hold for 30 minutes first thing in mornings no response. TERRIBLE
