Hello. I contacted customer service by sending a message from my account on 09/12. One of my cigars in my most recent shipment arrived with a peeling wrapper. Still no response. Is that typical?

Unfortunately that is very typical with this company. I never received an order. It has taken me an entire month, numerous emails regarding the order, and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get a response. They are now “investigating” the order and we’ll see what happens but, to date, they happily took my hundred bucks but not happily sent the cigars.

Disregard the people who tell you to disregard, I think the word is "d¡cks". We're here to have fun. And nobody from CigarBid checks these forums....So venting on the forum or asking how to get ahold of Customer Service accomplishes nothing....

The customer service here is a joke. Nobody ever answers the phones or returns emails. I’ve been trying to reach someone because they sent me the wrong cigars but can’t get in touch with anyone.
