Customer support apparently doesn't support customers... At all.

Anyone have the secret customer support number? I only get put on hold for two hours. Seriously, this is insane. 242 dollars worth of Cigars never showed up and noone will answer the phone or return a message. Someone has to have some insight. September 1st... That is when I should have received the merchandise.

I too need to contact support. The funny this is people on here would rather be a smartazz and give some bogus number or offer absolutely off no help.

Well except for CelticBomber. He is the CS rep. PM him and he can probably get you squared away. He might even toss in a free fiver of sticks for your trouble.

Yeah, I PMed CelticBomber too... he wasn't as nice to me as he was to you (but really was a great help).

Just keep on calling and opening tickets on the CS page. It took over a month, but they finally seem to have my order straightened out.
