Also, if you insist on posting here,

PM CelticBomber with your order info he might be able to help. At least throw some effort in the correct direction.

So....if I read between the lines, it seems like the point you're trying to make is not to post it on the forum?

It’s extremely rare for someone to “brag” about an overbid, more like someone finding an egregious bid and then exposing it.

Iirc, when Corey mentioned how hard it was to be the Customer Service Liaison, you readily volunteered to take over. And then you were doing such a bang up job that you got a promotion and a big pay raise!

So what’s the problem? Think

Bought a box 20 count of nub nuances I'm on my 10th one and they all have smoked worse than gas station cigars. 5 of them I had to plain stomp out due to frustration I'm thinking these are the rejects from the factory and cigarbid buys em cheap and sells em knowingly there **** not sure I wanna gamble my money away...

You bought and smoked infused cigars. Need I say more?

Well, other than... it took you 10 tries before you settled on your conclusion? I'm thinking you should give them another try or two - maybe you missed something.

You bought a box of infused cigars without ever trying one to see if they were box worthy ?

Great advice, Tony. We all need to check our expectations when doing business with a bargain retailer or brand.

@midmofan—I suggest buying from a premium retailer and paying 5-10x what you will here. You will experience premium service, compensated by your premium price paid.

@Japple1990 yeah, buy a single or fiver to confirm before buying a box. And echoing others, you know they’re infused, right?

Hahahaha! Laugh

But you know what, send the Sharks to me and I'll get you TWICE the number of Olivas! Hell, I'll send first line production cigars, not seconds! Such a deal, eh?

I imagine some of these guys post here for ideas and to see if someone else is in the same boat. If you (generic you, not specific) don’t want to read about someone’s problem, don’t open a post with the obvious title of Customer Service in it.

Au contraire, mon frere...

We open EVERY one to point young troubled bidders toward the light we know as "CelticBomber". He was given to us by the heavens and his mission is to serve the downtrodden, the "I ordered x but got Y", the "My box is damaged, I want to cry" and the "My crotch itches badly suddenly."

We al need help from time to time. CB will help without judgement (well, maybe a little if you bought infused cigars) and he usually is able to fix the problem, offer a few kind words, and offer to host your next book club meeting.

He is truly a stand up guy. Unless you want him laying down. Then he is truly a laying down kind of guy.

Best I can tell, Customer Service has closed down.

And while they have billed me, I cannot get a working tracker number, how they shipped it, or after two week the package.

Are they taking orders and not shipping?

You should have been notified Brewha.

Due to the COVID,
I shut down the customer service and shipping departments,
as I have deemed them non-essential.

But again,
Billing and IT are essential and running like a well-oiled machine...
