Has anyone else had trouble getting hold of customer service? I won a lot in early September but got an email saying the payment could not be processed. I remembered I had cancelled the credit card on file due to fraud, so I updated my payment information and sent them a "Customer Service Request" to let them know.

That was two weeks ago and it still hasn't been processed. Not only that, I sent a follow up to my first Customer Service Request and they haven't responded to either one. Plus, I have tried calling them twice only to sit on hold for over 30 minutes each time before giving up.

Anyone have any suggestions? Aside from making sure my credit card on file is correct BEFORE bidding on a lot.

Not in any particular order:

Buy low, sell high
Try to get around 8 hours of sleep
Drink lot's of water
Look both ways before crossing the street
PM CelticBomber for all customer service needs

Since the End of Days is upon us, I suggest calling the CS telephone number and just waiting. Latest reports are it can take over an hour to reach someone, but once through, you will be helped. I mean, there are like a hundred other threads about this, did you search? Why does no one ever search before posting? There should be a popup before posting a new thread that says "Hey, schmuck, did you search first?"

If you’re used to getting dp’d by the lake,
Prepare to be busy. You’re gonna be very popular.
We’ve got a lot of sailors here.

Once you start getting pounded,
You’re gonna forget all about your order...

Customer No Service it seems. A month and a half old back order. No response from message system inquiry. No pickup at office when called. Ridiculous hold times of 30 minutes plus ? Wtf, people. Get it together, cigarbid.

Yep, they get hundreds of calls a day and only two nice ladies fielding them. It sucks but you just have to stay on the line until they get to you.
Your call is very important to us please stay on the line and your call will be answered in the order it was received🤪
