Use to be able to get WSR, WA and ETL at will for msrp.

If you need a ECBP lemme know. It’s C920

Thanks. Used to see OWA at a grocery store in Wyoming for 25$. Stopped seeing it last summer.

Saw W12 and ETL in Montana the summer of 2019. $85&$120. No thanks

I’m lucky our local calls a few times a year with goodies at msrp. Stuff never makes the shelves

I can get EC BP for $60 don’t think I’d go to $124 for the 18.

Old Tub has character but it’s got tougher edges than I care for, definitely one that has a “neck pour”.

When I was doing quite well at work, I paid $150 for the EC18 but now that I’m a fixed-income old fart retiree, gotta look for “deals” these day. The 18 is damn good, highly debatable if it’s 2x better than the BP but hard to get the BP these days too.

I’ll say this though, the pandemic helped stop my BAO and drinking up what I already have ain’t such a bad thing.

Drinking some 7's & 7's, pilfered this bottle from my Mom's house after her death. Having the last of it, and of course, today is her birthday, so, a bit sad. All the emotional crap aside, I don't think I'm ever going to search out a bottle of Seagram's VII. LOL.

Rebel Yell has some surprisingly good whiskey, also surprised cancel culture hasn’t came after them yet.

Didn't care for their 80 proof swill but the 100 proof is fantastic

I have the palate of a billy goat, couple ice cubes and I can drink some of the most offensive swill. Except beam eight star, worst thing I’ve ever tried and alcoholic bum wouldn’t even touch it I believe

Wathen’s Kentucky Bourbon – Single Barrel

Not as popular as some other bourbons but it really is top notch stuff that you can generally find at reasonable prices. Made in Owensboro, KY. fog

Ran across some B520 the other day and was in the process of getting two bottles but got distracted when I saw a bottle of the 18. Was gonna cancel the BP but when I talked to the manager about it, he asked if I LOVED the 18. I thought about it and said I really LIKED it but didn’t think I 2x loved it over the BP. Then he told me they just got some A120 in but it was still in the warehouse. He said he’d gladly get them for me so I switched out the B520s for them. Hope I made the right choice. Think

The reviews I’ve watched have all said the A120 tastes proofy out of the batches but scored well.

I may have gotten caught up in the moment as I had tried to get some A120 earlier this year. Hadn’t read any reviews about B520 or any comparisons between the two batches so when A120 was offered, I just went for it. The high proof and heat doesn’t really scare me ‘cause I’ve never been much of a neat drinker when it comes to anything over 120 proof so I’ll try a shot without ice, one with a couple drops of water and the rest of the bottle with an ice sphere.

Palama I would try it neat first, then a drop or 2 of distilled water, then with ice.

Yeah Frank I’d believe the L300 over the DL. Certainly would be my preference anyways.

That's exactly my plan. ThumpUp

Although, I may do a side-by-side comparison with the B518 I have.... Think
