I'm hoping someone can help me with customer service. I was contacted because there was a problem processing my payment. My card info needed updated. I did that and emailed them to say I did it. Another email about the issue and I sent another song i remedied the problem. I called three times. On hold for an hour twice and last Friday they were closed all day. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I called the direct number three times. I was on hold over an hour twice and they were closed all day Friday.

i feel ya...i have sent a few emails and PM a few @cbid people directly....will not call from Kuwait because it costs $0.25/minute and I am not staying on hold to rack up a huge phone bill for some cigars...

My remedy...keep bidding on cigars and winning...eventually I will rack up a nice tab and they will do something about it...or not...either way I am having fun

Perhaps you haven't thought of this, but maybe you should be bright enough to update your card prior to it's expiration date.

Someone hacked my card and made several unauthorized purchases with it. I had to get a new card and I only get coats a couple times a year, so I forgot to update it, but thanks for looking out for my well being there.
