Schaeffer was just charged with 6 counts in the capital riots in Washington DC by the FBI...

HE SPRAYED CAPITOL POLICE WITH "BEAR PEPPER SPRAY"...THOSE CANS are YUGE...they look like a small fire extinguisher...
