Horrible Customer Service!

I was sent the wrong cigars, not what I won my auction for. I have been using Cigarbid for awhile now and I have never had a problem, generally speaking I have been pleased. I have opened 3 different tickets with no response. I have sat on hold for over 2 hrs and have called multiple times no one ever answers the phone.

What the hell cigarbid?

Why are you complaining about it here? You should've held out for that sweet 3 hour mark where you talk to someone AND they send you free wine. Oh well. Now they know it's you.

I guess you did not read the fine print...it states that if they run out you get the cigars on the shelf just below where yours were to come from. I kinda whish they would go to the top shelf or one shelf up...not down....oh well

Times are tough for everyone and CBid CS has been hit hard, just like a lot of other places.

And yet here you are thinking...hoping...wishing. You posted here. You get what you get and you'll like it.

Ever think that they really just don't like you? I've ordered thousands of cigars from here and NEVER had an order go missing.
