You should have been notified Brewha.

Due to the COVID,
I shut down the customer service and shipping departments,
as I have deemed them non-essential.

But again,
Billing and IT are essential and running like a well-oiled machine...

Well, thank God some one is on the job.

There is more to the story, and once I finish recovering from the ferocity of Smooth Blight’s taunting I’ll try to tell it....

Are we allowed to complain about people who complain about people complaining? Asking for a friend.

After reading these various posts and the total lack of response from the people at Cigar Bid to what amounts to serious legal issues, perhaps the only alternatives are to either ignore all the problems or to contact the Federal authorities. It would seem that many of CB's actions actually constitute mail fraud. And that can bring about serious fines and prison time for those responsible.

I’m sure the FBI would be very interested in hearing your compliant. Mention Mr Jones.

Update: (I know you all are brimming over with give a damn about this)

Monday of this week, while on hold for Customer Service, I rechecked the tracking number. This time UPS said it was valid (it was not last week) and piped me to a UPSP site that told me is was in route.

Cbid “shipped” it on the 5th. That is; packed it and printed a shipping label which logged a tracking number. The number is not in the UPS system until UPS takes a departure scan when they pick it up from Cbid.

19 day’s later (yesterday) the package showed up here in Dallas.

I gather that “Economy Shipping” means they accumulate packages on the Cbid dock grouped by region and UPS picks them up every week or two.

Anyone else getting 3-4 week shipping times?
