Poor Customer Service

I ordered for the first time on February 5. To date I have not received my order. The tracking number they provided showed a delivery date for February 12. Did not receive my cigars on that Friday , when I checked on the next delivery date it kept showing check back tomorrow ! I called customer service today and held online 45 Minutes until a service agent came on line. I have to say the service agent was very helpful. It seems my order maybe lost and I will have to wait until Monday of next week to get my order !

The lack of shipping options and this experience will make me reconsider using this site again ! TC lets me get my order the next day and they have never missed a delivery date. Waiting so long for the cigars through CB seems counter productive and with a hold time of 45 minutes to speak with an agent it is almost not worth the savings.



Overall my experience is a 1/10

I was on hold for 45 mins and gave up. I have sent 2 emails to customer service asking for information on an order I place February 1st and still have not received. Customer service has yet to respond to my emails and their website has said my order is processing and has said that for almost 2 weeks. I think it’s time to find another dealer.

My order had a problem processing payment on Friday morning, I waited onm hold for over an hour Friday,Monday and today, I have sent 2 emails. No response from customer service. This is unacceptable. I will say it's the first time I've had this problem they are usually pretty quick to answer.

I placed an order on February 4th. Once the tracking number was sent for UPS it kept saying the package was damaged and check back for updates. Nothing has been updated since. I have sent 3 emails and have not had a response. I was on hold for 15 minutes today before giving up. If I don’t hear back within 48 hours I’m disputing the charge on my credit card. I’ve never had this problem with them before and now that I see others are having the same problem it makes me wonder what’s going on there.

I'm having the same issue with waiting. I called UPS, who then told me that they have it to my local usps. I called usps and they told me that they don't not have a tracking number to track it. I have ordered from CB a few weeks ago and my package came earlier than they said. I don't think it's a CB issue, I think there's a delay with usps. My delivery is only 5 days late. I'm sure it will come within a couple of days.

I ordered last week, and everything was fine. It was a fairly large and complicated order too, with a bunch of 5packs, odd numbers of cigars where I had bid on singles, etc. Package arrived in 3 days and everything was perfect.

I think they like me. I'm special! Angel

made an impulse buy on a fiver Friday evening, maybe 7:30 (I'm on the east coast) with a little place on the west coast...so they are 3 hours behind Boston.

got an email at 8:30 saying my order had been shipped with a USPS tracking number.

Saturday morning tracking said due Tuesday (today). Monday morning tracking number said Monday.

Smoked one last night...rott, literally!

emailed Andrew to thank him. He said it can go any number of ways but my scenario was not all that crazy.

Oh, and free shipping.

I made an order this week and my shipping frequency day is today.
I've been waiting all day for my order to process.
So far...... Nothing.
It's like I don't even exist.
