A box of Partagas Serie P #2. I've only had one of these and it was a bit young. These are from July 05 and must rest for some time before I burn one.

They are kinda harsh young but the potential is there. That 'potential' crap kinda makes you wish Cuba would age their stuff before sending it out. But i'm kinda impatient so maybe it's just me?

I actually like the fact you have to wait on them. The anticipation makes them taste better when you finially get them to where they need to be.

Umm... these are PSP #2, not PSD #4. Notice the figurado shape...

D'OH!

Dave, you can come over for coffee and a smoke first, THEN we can go to TJ.

Damn Macs,

You and I are thinking along the same lines. I have a 10 count box of these in transit as I write this.

You can't buy any more cubans. You are making it harder to find cigars to repay your generosity with. I guess I'll just have to pass along a few from my "cigar porn 3" post :-)

I like alot of the island Partaga's fresh from the box. That box of #2 look pretty tasty...but I love a PSD #4 straight from the box with no age.

Nice score. I got the same box last week, but about 1/2 of mine had busted caps from the transit. Nothing a little cigar glue won't cure. They smell fantastic.

Busted caps you say? I'd have returned them.

I'm hoping my 3rd and final box from this order is in the mailbox today. Merry Christmas to meeeeee.

I had one at the LCDH TJ. That one was a bit harsh to me but I can't remember the box code.

Maybe you're right and I should at least try one and see. It ain't like I don't have a few more of 'em.

Wish I had some of these '05's...

They never last, though.

I went through dozens of these 10 count boxes. POS '06 box codes. They were amazing. I have a few boxes of '15s, tried a few and they have been decent, but I'm letting them sleep until 2025.
