They made a huge investment in America On Line back in the late 90's and don't have anymore money to upgrade their production. Be patient, their rollers can only crank 'em out at 56k.

If memory serves me correctly, I got some chisel tips on the bids here last fall. That's rather useless information for your quest but that's about the best I can offer. You could try customer service but they likely won't have any information even if you get to talk with someone so I guess useless information is better than no information at all.
