Late start but better then nothing.

Life is busy keeping me busy right now. But I will try my best to do it and keep everything going.

Schmitty has a shirt going.

I run the formal thread later after work. If you don't wanna do this due to me, I understand. Or if you wanna take the reigns, I get it and can prep all the stuff for ya. Others let's see what we can do on a short schedule.

Got a new T-shirt to replace the well worn and grease stained original drab olive green with pocket...

site has been updated to allow someone ordering a T-shirt to make a cash donation too...made additional donation...

will continue making a monthly donation to the cause...

Thank you, Yaro, for putting this on the radar again, and for all your efforts in the past...

The usual suspects. Need to get more new people involved here as well. It's a great cause.

T-shirt ordered, additional donation made and a DED End prize offered up*

* Goes to a cbid member who has not donated in the past to this charity. No need to buy a shirt but a confirmed donation of at least $50 or a shirt purchase. (Drawing if more than one.)

Do it!

First time donating, won't be the last... ordered a couple of shirts and tossed in a little extra. A very worthy cause!

I am willing to contribute a door prize, if it'll help to get more people interested in donating.

Uh Uh. No qualifications last year and don't go sending back used cigars. Just trying to drum up a few new dudes this time.

Gonna put an offer out at the local to see what can come of that

Looking into doing a charity poker tourny for this as well so I may buy some shirts initially for up to 4th place finishes.
Then send along the offering after the tournament.
We should be able to get 15 - 25 players For a game on the 25th or 2nd.

2 other charities for armed services recently poached the shpo but they didn't have a charity tourney.
So looks like we're on!

Once I have the literature & shirts I expect more non players to contribute as well.

Still working out buy in amount but thinking $55. Plus rebuys through the 6th round.
Of which $5. To the dealers, $5 to the lounge to cover pizza, beverages & etc.
Then 1/2 the pot to OPfTH & 1/2 pot split 60/30/10 to top 3 with shirt. Bubble boy in 4th place also getting a shirt.
If we fill all 3 tables we'll change the payout structure to add a 4th place payout.

I'll be putting together a nice selection of smokes for 1st place to sweeten the pot

Hoping to taking 1st place myself & donate 100%

Looking forward to getting the print work & shirts asap which will then determine event date.

Stay tuned

Thanks Schmitty!

As of July 5, 2021, our limited time 2021 t-shirt fundraiser has officially closed! In total, we received donations from 26 benefactors - selling a total of 28 shirts from Custom Ink. We have raised a total of $1,449.13 in donations to go towards sending care packages to our troops overseas - a total that surpasses any fundraiser we have campaigned for in the past. For reference, our 2020 T-shirt fundraiser raised just over $800. We are BLOWN AWAY by your continued support of our cause.

All t-shirts that were ordered during this fundraiser are estimated to arrive around July 20, 2021.

As always, we want to thank the supporters that have come to us via the CBid forum - we could not do this without you

Received our shirts over the weekend. They look great.

Still wish we had the option to get a pocket shirt though.
