Depends on where you’re at. The last several times I ordered. 2-3 business days

Took over a week to get to Texas and by that time half the cigars dried out. With no customer service guess it’s time to find another supplier. Glad I only have ordered three times this coming order that’s already 8 days in coming by snails will be my last. It’s sad I request help and ask to pay more for faster delivery with no reply so my money will be spent elsewhere

The complaining is strong in here...

A. This is a rock-bottom discount site, no white glove service here except for platinum status members and members of the politburo.
2. It's generally a good practice to let any shipment of cigars from the interweb sit in your humidor for a few weeks or more to acclimate.

If you want them ready to smoke upon delivery, go to your shpo and overpay so they protect you.

I've had several orders, most take about a week. Very seldom will I smoke one when it first gets here, I usually let them rest for a week. My issue is with the way they ship. Whomever packs the boxes has a very back case of DILLIGAF. Order came in today with 40 sticks in 5 packs, couple of dossiers, humidipacks, etc. They just dumped them in a box, literally dumped them, then put a couple of bubbles on top. They would have to give a **** more to give a **** less. I left feedback.......no response. With CI and Cigarbids, you buy it and you're on your own.

I"ve never had such trouble with Cigarbid deliveries, but this is getting on my nerves. I was told on 5 August that my cigars were shipped. It is now 13 August and no cigars. I've sent emails, and put in a request on Cigarbid web site. No response to date. I'm out about $80 on this order and they don't seem to give a damn.
