ram27bat anybody else having issues trying to contact this company? Ups sent me a message saying the box was empty when they received it and that they contacted CigarBid about it. Well I been trying to contact them for over two months to no avail. 😡🤬🤬

Rude Boi you seem like a good egg so I’ll let you in on a little secret us old timers know about. The owner of CBid is named Dave, and he loves helping us FOGs out when we occasionally run into issues.

Call (214) 914-3337 Mon-Fri 9-4 Central time and ask for Dave. Let him know that you are friends with jaderose and let him know what your problem is. He will get you taken care of faster than Celticbomber letting you know his wife is Jewish.

Judging from what many others have said, calling (…and then waiting for a l-o-n-g time…) is the best method. E-mailing doesn’t seem to be as efficient.

Had to change my credit card info (old card closed due to fraud, new card issued) so I called in, got through to Amanda in about 3 minutes total. Issue resolved, had a few laughs with her, we may be getting drinks later (fingers crossed).

Customer service rocks.
