NYC NAZI ( ALLEDGEDLY) MAYOR DEBLASIO
HAS DECLARED war on dirt bike and ATV GANGS "terrorizing" the public...

They are being stored in abandoned buildings basements with fake license plates and then the owners take them out to congregate, break laws, race them in parks, drinking & drugs, commit crimes and terrorize the public in general...

Then they hide them from view again in specific garages that can't lead them to the owners...

DEBLASIO has declared war on dirt bike dirtbags...
