For years I have wanted a 3rd relevant political party. It just hit me, we don't even have 1.

Good question.

1) Designed for minimal federal intervention.
2) Follows the mandates of the States.
3) Doesn't issue mandates to states.
4) Has term limits in all branches.
5) May only accept $50 campaign donations.
6) Can accept only 1 campaign donation from an individual or a
corporation.
7) Decisions, bills, laws are constitutionally based.
8) Every budget line item must show true cost and real bennifit.

Just a rough start.

I voted LP forever, but after 2016, I stopped voting for president. I mean, if the LP couldn't even get 5 percent of the popular vote against arguably the two worst candidates in recent history, they will never get 5 percent.

*Adjusts tinfoil hat* There's a reason why the 2 major parties make a concerted effort to keep third party candidates out of debates and off of ballots.

Keeping third-party candidates out of debates and off of ballots serves a purpose. It keeps the voters from being confused with too much information and alternative viewpoints. The proles have got to be controlled so they only concentrate on the Tweetle Dee and Tweedle Dum parties.
