I think they will be able to show banking and insurance discrepancies which will smell like fraud. Oh, and the unpaid taxes thingy. They are going to prove very serious if he doesn't run again and win.

I'm pretty freakin' sho' that a subpoena is not an invitation...

It is an order to report...

It is not optional...at least to my knowledge...

Maybe I am wrong...

And a grand jury is the real kicker....

You gotta go and answer every question...
Not even sure if the 5th amendment holds up as an excuse in a grand jury request ????

Bad legal advice. You show up as agreed upon and take The Fifth on every single thing. Period. Then you make a great big stinking press scene in front of the office building and scream it's all a political witch hunt. When threatened with contempt or immunity, you then reschedule outside of the public eye and testify truthfully like you should have the first time.

You will not be able to escape the grand jury subpoena by simply “Pleading the 5th”. In order to plead the 5th, you must actually have a valid 5th amendment ...

They've had his taxes forever and they're still trying to get mileage out of them on the holiest of DNC holidays...Jan 6th. THE INSURRECTION!

You don't get it.

Taxes are only the icing on the cake.

Try to find the very lengthily article I posted a couple years ago. It was so long I had to break it up into 3-4 posts. It explains why he is dead-meat on tax, banking and insurance fraud allegations. His only way out will be to successfully blame others (Cohen, Weisselberg, his kids, etc.) and he simply won't be able to. His saving grace will be that he is either president again, a past president, or too old to go after as hard as possible due to his age.
