North koreaN hackers stole around $400 million in crypto last year ..but instead of cashing them out right away ...
The fatty fats are hedging their"bets" on the free money and only cashing a smaller percentage ...just enough to fund their nuclear programs....they have been sitting on older hacks of crypto and watched them SOAR +++ in value FROM WHAT THEY WERE WORTH WHEN THEY WERE STOLEN....

They continuously hold onto about $170 million in older crypto as a savings account as such...
State sponsored criminal activity that is encouraged by the government??

Does it get any worse?

Why ??? Y.E.S. just look at the thriving business the FBI-SSG DIVISION HAS UNDERTAKEN since the 9/11 attack...

By using the F.I.S.A. COURTS TO GET TOTAL ACCESS TO ANYONES FINANCES and unlimited access warrants, then they just go and steal it and put it into their own coffers after they pay out CERTAIN percentages to the FBI-SSG FIELD AGENT SUPERVISORS, THEN the actual FBI-SSG's low level field mangers and foot soldiers...then the ACTUAL THEIVES ( THE early RELEASED convict felons ) who are under the thumbs of the SSG DO THE ACTUAL BREAKING/ ENTERING AND STEALING ...why?
You ask?

Well they are forced into it and it keeps the real FBI-SSG agents, managers and upper echelon officers in Washington D.C. hands clean.

Yes.

They were terribly deprived of currencies like the Dollar and the Euro, which hurt them hard. Now they have money to spend that they wouldn't have otherwise had...

You don't need a computer, just a phone and you can probably by fractional shares so that you can just start investing even less than $25 or some small amount. BGZ is really in to crypto, so he'd know for sure.
