Olympians, senators call for prosecution of former FBI agents for lying about the Larry Nassar case

Two and a half hours into a Senate judiciary committee hearing into the FBI’s mishandling of the Larry Nassar sexual abuse case, Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Connecticut) offered FBI director Christopher Wray some advice.

The hearing was in response to the July release of a Department of Justice Office of Inspector General’s report that found the FBI failed to act in its Nassar investigation “with the urgency that the allegations required.” Specifically the Inspector General’s investigation found that Michael Langeman, the supervisory special agent in the FBI’s Indianapolis office lied to investigators to cover up errors made in the bureau’s investigation into allegations that Nassar, the former U.S. Olympic and USA Gymnastics national team physician, sexually assaulted gymnasts under the guise of treatment.

The OIG also determined that W. Jay Abbott, the Indianapolis special agent in charge, lied to investigators about applying for a top level security position with the U.S. Olympic Committee while consulting with USA Gymnastics CEO Steve Penny about the Nassar case.

Abbott retired from the FBI in January 2018. Langeman was fired from the bureau two weeks ago, Wray confirmed Wednesday.

But the Justice Department has declined to prosecute either man.

“If I was in your shoes,” Blumenthal told Wray, “I would be walking across the street to the Attorney General of the United States and I would be saying you need to prosecute.

“Why aren’t you doing that?”

Wray responded that he would not discuss the nature of his private conversations with Attorney General Merrick Garland, adding that he was “careful not to blur my lanes of responsibility.”

But Blumenthal, a former U.S. Attorney, persisted.

“But we both know that very often that at even at the lowly level of the US Attorney,” Blumenthal continued “that an FBI comes pounding on my door and says you gotta go after this guy, he’s dirty, he’s a bad guy.”

The exchange was one of the repeated calls by former Olympians and senators for Langeman and Abbott, as well as former USA Gymnastics and U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee executives, to be prosecuted for their roles in the cover-up of Nassar’s decades of sexual abuse of more than 500 survivors.

Wray told the committee that Justice Department officials twice, once in 2020 and again earlier this year, declined to indict Abbott and Langeman.

“A whole lot of people should be prosecuted here besides Nassar,” said Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont during his questioning of Wray and Inspector General Michael Horowitz. “Some of the people within the athletic field that were aware of this, turned a blind eye to this, did nothing, allowed all these victims (to be abused). There are a whole lot of people who should be in prison. I’m aware (Nassar is) in prison but I can tell you frankly as a parent, as a grandparent there’s a hell of a lot more I’d like to see in prison.”

The FBI agents, Olympic champion Simone Biles told the committee, should “at least be federally prosecuted to the fullest extent because they need to be held accountable.”

The OIG investigation found that Abbott not only lied about his pursuit of the USOPC job while handling the Nassar investigation. He also lied to investigators about the initial steps he took in the days and weeks after he learned of allegations against Nassar in July 2015.

The OIG also found that the FBI “failed to formally document a July 28, 2015 meeting with USA Gymnastics during which the FBI first received the allegations against Nassar; failed to properly handle and document receipt and review of relevant evidence, i.e., a thumb drive provided by USA Gymnastics President Stephen D. Penny, Jr.; failed to document until February 2017 an interview of a gymnast that was conducted on September 2, 2015, during which the gymnast alleged sexual assault by Nassar; and failed to transfer the Nassar allegations to the FBI Lansing Resident Agency, where the venue most likely would have existed for potential federal crimes.”

The OIG report also revealed that Langeman did not write a formal report of his 2015 interview of Olympic champion McKayla Maroney, who was repeatedly assaulted by Nassar, until nearly a year and a half later. Maroney and her attorney, John Manly, said that they disputed the accuracy and veracity of the report.

“It’s not only that the FBI failed to do its job, systematically, and repeatedly, it is also the cover of the cover-up that occurred afterward,” Blumenthal said.

“This failure was systematic. This investigation was mishandled from coast to coast, from Indianapolis to Los Angeles,”
United States gymnasts from left, Simone Biles, McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman and Maggie Nichols, arrive to testify during a Senate Judiciary hearing about the Inspector General’s report on the FBI’s handling of the Larry Nassar investigation on Capitol Hill, Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2021, in Washington. Nassar was charged in 2016 with federal child pornography offenses and sexual abuse charges in Michigan. He is now serving decades in prison after hundreds of girls and women said he sexually abused them under the guise of medical treatment when he worked for Michigan State and Indiana-based USA Gymnastics, which trains Olympians. (Saul Loeb/Pool via AP)

The Olympians and senators also expressed outrage that Justice Department officials turned down an invitation to attend the hearing.

“What’s even more upsetting to me is that we know that these FBI agents have committed an obvious crime,” Maroney said referring to the FBI not following up on her three-hour telephone interview with Langeman. “They falsified my statement, and that is illegal in itself. Yet no recourse has been taken against them. The Department of Justice refused to prosecute these individuals. Why? Deputy attorney general Lisa Monaco couldn’t bring herself to be here today. It’s the Department of Justice’s job to hold them accountable.

“These individuals clearly violated policies and were negligent in executing their duties, and in doing so, more girls were abused by Larry Nassar for over a year. To not indict these agents is a disservice to me and my teammates, a disservice to the system which is built to protect all of us from abuse.”

Penny and other top USA Gymnastics officials were informed in June 2015 of allegations that gymnast Maggie Nichols had been sexually assaulted by Nassar under the guise of treatment at a U.S. national team camp at the Karolyi Ranch in remote Central Texas. Within days Penny and other officials also learned of allegations that Olympic champions Aly Raisman and Maroney had also been sexually abused by Nassar. Around this time Penny began communicating with Abbott through a series of conversations and emails, often seeking the FBI agent’s advice on handling the case.

Nassar, according to court documents, sexually abused at least 40 young athletes between Penny’s first contact with the FBI agent in charge of the bureau’s Indianapolis office in July 2015 and September 2016, when Nassar’s abuse became public. The number of victims in that window could actually surpass 100, according to persons familiar with dozens of Nassar-related lawsuits.

“In sacrificing my childhood for the chance to compete for the United States, I am haunted by the fact that even after I reported my abuse, so many women and girls had to suffer at the hands of Larry Nassar,” Nichols told the committee.

Raisman recounted how the FBI failed to contact her about Nassar’s abuse for more than a year despite repeated requests by her and her mother to be interviewed.

“In 2015 it was known that at least six national team athletes had been abused by Nassar,” Raisman said. “There was even one of the athletes that was abused on film. Given our abuser’s unfettered access to children, stopping him should have been a priority. Instead, the following occurred: The FBI failed to interview pertinent parties in a timely manner. It took over 14 months for the FBI to contact me despite my many requests to be interviewed by them.”

Raisman also said she “felt pressured by the FBI to consent to Nassar’s plea deal” on federal child pornography charges.

Nassar was sentenced to 60 years in prison in 2017 in the child pornography case. He was later sentenced to 40 to 175 years and 40 to 125 years in two Michigan state courts after pleading guilty to multiple sexual assault charges. He is currently an inmate at a federal prison in Florida.

“I remember sitting with the FBI agent and him trying to convince me that it wasn’t that bad,” Raisman said. “It’s taken me years of therapy to realize that my abuse was bad, that it does matter.”

It was like, she continued “like my abuse didn’t count, that it wasn’t a big deal.”

Biles also criticized USA Gymnastics and the USOPC for their roles in creating “an entire system that enabled and perpetuated his abuse.”

“I don’t want another young gymnast, Olympic athlete or any individual to experience the horror that I and hundreds of others have endured before, during and continuing to this day, in the wake — of the Larry Nassar abuse,” Biles said.

“To be clear, I blame Larry Nassar and I also blame an entire system that enabled and perpetrated his abuse. USA gymnastics and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee knew that I was abused by their official team doctor long before I was ever made aware of their knowledge.”

Wray repeatedly apologized for the FBI’s mishandling of the Nassar case, which took place before he was named director in 2017.

“I want to be crystal clear. The actions and inaction of the FBI employees detailed in this report are totally unacceptable,” he said. “These individuals betrayed the core duty that they have of protecting people. They failed to protect young women and girls from abuse. The work we do certainly is often complicated and uncertain.

“We’re never going to be perfect, but the kinds of fundamental errors that were made in this case in 2015 and 2016 should never have happened. Period. As long as I’m FBI director, I’m committed to doing everything in my power to make sure they never happen again.”

But both the gymnasts and senators said the FBI’s role in the Nassar cover-up sent a disturbing message to future victims of sexual and physical abuse.

“If allegations raised by well-known, world-class athletes are not taken seriously by the FBI, what hope do other victims of sexual assault have?” asked Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas). “If this monster was able to continue harming these women and girls after his victims first went to the FBI, how many other abusers have escaped justice? Again, if the FBI did so little in the investigation involving world-class athletes, what hope can an average American have? What faith can they have in the system?”

Christopher Steele: Product of Corrupt FBI
Christopher Steele is a symptom, not a cause, of what ails the FBI. The nation’s top law enforcement agency flagrantly involves itself in U.S. elections on behalf of the Democratic Party.

Just as the special counsel’s investigation into the origins of Crossfire Hurricane—the FBI counterintelligence probe launched in the summer of 2016 to sabotage Donald Trump’s presidential campaign—is showing signs of life, one of the central figures in the hoax is attempting to burnish his sullied image.

ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos has produced a documentary featuring Christopher Steele, the man responsible for the so-called dossier bearing his name. “Out of the Shadows: The Man Behind the Steele Dossier,” streamed on Hulu Monday night; promotional clips hinted that, far from a hard-hitting interview exposing Steele for the charlatan he is, Stephanopoulos gave Steele a chance to spin his story ahead of possible new indictments related to John Durham’s inquiry into the Trump-Russia election collusion hoax.

Rather than depict Steele accurately, Stephanopoulos and ABC News social media interns repeatedly describe Steele as an “ex-British spy” or “former intelligence officer” even though Steele left MI6, the UKs version of the CIA, in 2009 to start a consulting business. (That same year, Steele presented a report on Russia to President Obama.) Steele’s now-discredited dossier, which Stephanopoulos tries to portray as “raw intelligence,” was the basis not just for the entire Russian collusion hoax but also served as key evidence to support four illicit FISA applications to obtain warrants to spy on Donald Trump and his associates.

Stephanopoulos’ goal, of course, is to convince uninformed viewers—in other words, most of Stephanopoulos’ audience on any given day—that Steele was working in an official national security capacity instead of as a Democratic political operative paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee to dig up dirt on Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential race.

But Steele, many folks forget, also had another funder in 2016: the Federal Bureau of Investigation. An often overlooked fact about Steele is that at the same time he was being paid by the Clinton campaign and DNC, he also was being paid by the FBI as a “confidential human source,” otherwise known as an “informant.”

Without James Comey’s FBI, there would be no Steele dossier and no Russian collusion hoax. And Christopher Steele is the most glaring example of the slimy relationship between the FBI, partisan operatives, and the American news media.

Steele began working with the FBI shortly after forming his consulting business, Orbis Business Intelligence, in 2010. In addition to his work on the FIFA corruption investigation, Steele routinely passed along information to the FBI on Russian oligarchs. According to a lengthy report issued in December 2019 by Michael Horowitz, inspector general of the Justice Department, the FBI completed necessary paperwork in 2013 to authorize Steele as a confidential human source.

Acting as a paid lobbyist on behalf of his consulting clients, which included Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, Steele used the FBI to launder his political work. “Steele furnished intelligence information that the FBI disseminated, including in four Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) sent throughout the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) concerning the activities of Russian oligarchs,” Horowitz confirmed. “By the time Steele was closed by the FBI as a CHS in November 2016, the FBI had disseminated 10 IIRs based on Steele’s reporting.”

In other words, Steele, with a clear fiduciary interest in what he presented to the FBI under the guise of a confidential human source, influenced both the U.S. Department of Justice and the national intelligence community. What did those reports say about Deripaska, a Putin pal in trouble with the U.S. government and tied to former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, or other Russian tycoons? Was Steele providing useful information to the FBI at that time or was he illegally lobbying the agency for desired outcomes on behalf of his wealthy foreign benefactors?

Between 2014 and November 2016, when he was terminated as a CHS, Steele was paid $95,000 by the FBI.

For what?

Fusion GPS, the firm led by Glenn Simpson, leveraged Steele’s status as an FBI informant and trusted source to seed the Russian collusion storyline at the highest levels of the Obama Administration right before the 2016 presidential election. Steele’s approach followed a similar pattern. “According to FBI records, Steele thereafter produced reports related to the 2016 U.S. elections, of which he provided to the FBI and others that were provided to the FBI by third parties,” Horowitz wrote. “The FBI obtained reports directly from Steele during the time period of July through October 2016.” Steele personally delivered the first report to his FBI handler, Michael Gaeta, during a meeting in Rome in July 2016.

Gaeta, according to his testimony summarized in the Horowitz report, knew the initial report had political motivations. Nonetheless, Steele sent another report to Gaeta on July 19, 2016 with the subtitle, “Secret Kremlin Meetings Attended by Trump Advisor Carter Page in Moscow,” alleging Page discussed lifting Russian sanctions with a top Russian energy magnate.

On September 19, 2016, the Crossfire Hurricane team received those reports and four more authored by Steele. Gaeta then organized an early October meeting between Steele and members of the Crossfire Hurricane team in Rome. “Unknown to the FBI at the time, Steele was working with his client, Fusion GPS, to alert select media outlets about his reporting concerning Russian interference with the 2016 U.S elections and allegations regarding the Trump campaign and candidate Trump,” Horowitz reported. Even so, Crossfire Hurricane officials shared details about the probe to Steele, including classified information, during that meeting.

After the meeting, Steele not only continued to send reports to the FBI through his “middleman,” Michael Gaeta, he also met with top officials in John Kerry’s State Department.

Quite the man about town.

Thanks to Steele’s successful courting of influential journalists such as Michael Isikoff, the Trump-Russia collusion narrative gained traction just weeks before Election Day 2016. The FBI filed its first FISA application on October 21, 2016 using Steele’s “dossier” and Isikoff’s Yahoo News article as evidence to convince the FISA court that Carter Page was a suspected foreign agent of Russia.

Then Steele’s hubris finally caught up with him. After David Corn published a bombshell article, “A Veteran Spy Has Given the FBI Information Alleging a Russian Operation to Cultivate Donald Trump,” in Mother Jones on October 31, 2016, Steele admitted to the FBI he had been Corn’s source. While the FBI officially scuttled Steele as an informant, “the Crossfire Hurricane team continued to obtain information from Steele” through Bruce Ohr, a top Justice Department official whose wife, Nellie, also worked for Fusion GPS on the anti-Trump project.

But Christopher Steele is a symptom, not a cause, of what ails the FBI. The nation’s top law enforcement agency—by employing untrustworthy informants at taxpayer expense, peddling garbage documents throughout government agencies, and leaking classified information—flagrantly involves itself in U.S. elections on behalf of the Democratic Party. The concocted plot to “kidnap” Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer last year is the most recent example.

Stephanopoulos might temporarily succeed in refurbishing Steele’s reputation. It’s the FBI, however, that is in need of a desperate, and likely futile, major makeover.

Just scuttle the top management into a dark prison. The nation would be better off.

And if they could put Christopher Steele UNDER said prison...that would be really nice!

"The Russians (Deripaska) really did have leverage and blackmail… but it wasn’t over Donald Trump. Factually, Oleg had blackmail on Comey, McCabe and the DOJ/FBI conspiracy crew. Oleg Deripaska must be kept away from congress and away from exposing the scheme.

Guess who else must be controlled and/or kept away from congress? Yup, Julian Assange. Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has evidence the Russians didn’t hack the DNC.

Between Deripaska’s first-hand knowledge of the DOJ/FBI work on both the Dossier and the DOJ/FBI intention for his use as a witness; and Julian Assange’s first-hand knowledge of who actually took the DNC email communication;… well, the entire Russian narrative could explode in their faces.

Control is needed. Control is a reaction to fear.

You can almost hear the corrupt U.S. Intelligence officials calling their U.K. GCHQ partners in Britain and yelling at them to do something, anything, and for the love of God, shut down Assange’s access to the internet STAT. Yeah, funny that."

FBI Sat On Bombshell Footage From Kyle Rittenhouse Shooting

On Tuesday, opening statements in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, an18-year-old aspiring police officer accused of fatally shooting two men and wounding a third on the night of Aug. 25, 2020, as BLM riots raged in the streets of Kenosha in response to a white-on-black police shooting.

While prosecutors have slapped the teen with two counts of homicide and one count of attempted homicide, Rittenhouse has pleaded not guilty to all charges, claiming self-defense.

Now, new footage has emerged which bolsters his case.

Before the shooting began, Rittenhouse, 17 at the time, was had arrived in Kenosha in order to help keep order and protect businesses from looting and arson.

"People are getting inured, and our job is to protect this business, and part of my job is also to help people. If there’s somebody hurt, I’m running into harm’s way. That’s why I have my rifle, because I need to protect myself obviously. But I also have my med kit," Rittenhouse said in footage recorded before the incident.

During the course of the evening, protesters became increasingly violent against Rittenhouse and the group he was with - eventually chasing the teen down the street when protester Joseph Rosenbaum was shot dead in the parking lot of a used car dealership. Shortly thereafter, Rittenhouse could be seen defending himself on the ground from multiple attackers - when he fatally wounded another, and shot the bicep of protester Gaige Grosskreutz who had drawn a pistol and was in the process of aiming it at the teen.

Rittenhouse shot the bicep of Gaige Grosskreutz, a volunteer medic for Black Lives Matter who was in the process of aiming his pistol at the teen

At the time, this footage captured by journalist Brendan Gutenschwager, was all we had to go on.

Now, Human Events' Jack Posobiec reveals that the FBI sat on potentially exonerating evidence in the Rittenhouse case, where threats against Kyle can clearly be heard before he opened fire, as well as what appear to be muzzle flashes from people shooting at the teen. We recommend playing full screen.

According to legal experts, Rittenhouse has a strong case.

We're at the point that we don't need the FBI...for ANYTHING.

The FBI Just Admitted Something Terrifying and No One Seems to Be Noticing

The FBI’s presence in Kenosha sets off a cascade of questions, all of the answers to which should trigger every alarm in the book.

The Rittenhouse trial has been a marvel to watch, simply because the prosecution’s presentation of this case has been a train wreck of dumpster fires. We’ve watched as the defense has absolutely fileted almost everything the prosecution has presented, as the Judge continues to make statements that will likely benefit the defense’s case. However, a funny thing happened in the courtroom that went by even me for a bit. Here we were talking about the various videos that were taken at the scene and what they show. Here’s the one video of one angle, of one part of the street, and then there’s another of this other angle, showing these people who were involved in the shoot. Then there’s the FBI drone video directly over the shooting, and there there’s another video on the ground in front of the gas station. Each of the videos provided its own unique view of…… wait…. go back a minute…. what’s that part about an FBI drone??

Why in the hell was there an FBI drone directly over the shooting? Have we even considered the ramifications of what that actually means? Our government, for any reason that they perceive to be a threat, can conduct mass surveillance of you without a warrant? Certainly, this was a public place and the courts have ruled that surveillance can be conducted in public without a warrant, however, there were local police resources. Why would the FBI be conducting this surveillance if they had no way of stopping or preventing what was happening, from occurring? Regardless of the legality of it, should we as citizens become comfortable with the idea that this is normal? Out of an abundance of generosity, let’s just say they were somehow justified with having a drone overhead, why this specific area? Kenosha riots covered several dozen square blocks of town, so if they were conducting surveillance, were they doing so with multiple drones? There are two very simple answers to the question: Yes and no.

Well, I am a negative guy so let’s start with no. Why this one drone? Why this one area? And probably most importantly (and in my least Alex Jones-y voice I can muster), how did you end up directly over this shooting that night, despite all the other areas in the city where bad things were happening? While I have never been a conspiracy theorist and abhor conspiracy theories, it seems wildly coincidental that of the several dozen square block area of Kenosha where there was violence going down that night, that you end up directly over the one shooting that is going to cause a national debate? I can’t be the only one here thinking that’s awfully convenient.

If the answer is yes, then the next question we should ask ourselves is then, how many? Why did the FBI decide on that many drones? If that many drones, how many in each area? Why those areas? Was there some specific threat posed in those areas? Was local law enforcement involved? Were they aware? Did they have access to the video feed? Now again, out of an abundance of generosity, let’s assume those questions are answered in a way that justifies the reasons why, but what about the answer to the question: to what end? Were local authorities notified of crimes in progress? Were they dispatched to any of the areas where a crime in progress was occurring? How many crimes were stopped or prevented by the FBI drones?

We should consider that maybe that wasn’t the objective of the drones. Maybe they were just there to observe and then use the video to later arrest perpetrators of all of the riots and looting that occurred in Kenosha. Then how many arrests have occurred? How many people have been prosecuted as a result of the video? How many of the business owners have specific suspects they can pursue civil remedies against? Can we see the video from all of the drones from that night? What’s that….? The FBI has lost video from that night in this case? We do know that means the FBI has violated federal law, right?

The point is none of the answers to these questions is any good. We know they had at least one drone, but if there was one, it was over a really specific area, don’t you think? If there was more than one, why that many, and if that many, what were you able to accomplish with them, and if the answer to that is nothing, WHY THE HELL WERE THEY THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Are you comfortable with random, unnecessary surveillance by an organization that admittedly has broken federal law and has proven to be a cesspool of incompetence?

Good. Me Neither.

Fair enough. Make up your own mind.

Either we have rights or we don't.

That kid had every right to wear an AR15 around where he went. It's legal and he had no reason legally to not have one. If he didn't, he'd be dead and nobody would GAS about him, his death nor his family's loss. Instead we all once again have to ponder over dirtbags that couldn't own a gun, behave in public under common laws and why they're dead.

Boo-Frickety--Hoo.

I'd dig the hole myself but they're not even worth being in the ground.

SORRY...if you're legal to carry...carry what you want to make you safe.

FBI Jackboots Break Down Door and Raid Home of America’s Mom

Never forget – the first thing Big Tech (writ large) did following the 2020 election was to modify all platform ‘terms of service’ with a new rule saying that any speech questioning the legitimacy of the election was akin to undermining the principles of democracy. They knew the scam they executed with fraudulent mail-in ballots and manipulated election results in several key counties.

Never doubt – in the background of everything happening in/around the world of politics, the entire apparatus of people who work in the political industry know that Joe Biden was a fraudulently elected President. They won’t admit it, they will deny it, they will even pretend not to know it; however, at the end of the day they do know what happened, and they know their participation. As a result, they know exactly what “Let’s Go Brandon“, and “F**k Joe Biden” are all about.

Eye-opening stories like the one below about a local Colorado ‘mom’ activist named Sherronna Bishop, are a microcosm of the larger issue.

Mrs. Bishop is a mom and activist working to confront local corruption on the school board level, county election level, and congressional district level. Mrs Bishop organized a network [AmericasMom.Net] and helped flip several school board seats through successfully applied tactical civics. She also organized, supported and activated local district support for Lauren Boebert as a congressional candidate in 2020; they won.

The process of organized tactical civics is underway in thousands of local communities as more people become aware the solution to stopping federal overreach is to engage at a local level and draw a line.

The success is showing up everywhere coast to coast, from school board elections – to state representatives – to statewide office races. The grassroots organizations are having a great deal of success. However, that success is now considered a “domestic threat” by the federal political system.

Sherronna Bishop was also actively engaged in a review of the 2020 Mesa County, Colorado, election results with County Clerk Tina Peters and then sought out state level help for the issues discovered. Then, in the face of COVID-19 government fiat and overreach, Bishop organized the local resistance. In essence, Mrs. Sherronna Bishop -a wife, mom and committed patriot for her family- is the grass in what we would call grassroots community organizing.
….Last week the FBI kicked down her door and raided her home.

What the Federal Security Service (FSB) is to the internal security of the Russian state; so too is the FBI in performing the same function for the U.S. federal government.

The FBI is a U.S. version of the Russian “State Police”; and the FBI is deployed -almost exclusively- to attack domestic enemies of those who control government; while they protect the interests of the U.S. Fourth Branch of Government. That is the clear and accurate domestic prism to contextualize their perceived mission: “domestic violent extremists pose the greatest threat” to their objective.

Put another way, “We The People”, who fight against government abuse and usurpation, are the FBI’s actual and literal enemy.

Antifa could not exist as an organization; capable to organize and carry out violent attacks against their targets; without the full support of the FBI. If the FBI wanted to arrest members of Antifa, who are actually conducting violence, they could do it easily – with little effort. It is the absence of any action by the FBI toward Antifa, that tells us the FBI is enabling that violent extremist behavior to continue. Once you accept that transparent point of truth; then, you realize the FBI definition of domestic violent extremism is something else entirely.

The FBI is not a law enforcement or investigative division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The FBI is a political weapon of a larger institution that is now focused almost entirely toward supporting a radical communist agenda to destroy civil society in the United States.

Anyone who continues to push the fraudulent “honorable FBI rank and file talking point”, is, at this point in history, willfully and purposefully operating to deceive the American people on behalf of government interests who are intent on destroying us. It is not a difference of opinion any longer. It is a matter of just accepting what is staring us directly in the face.

On behalf of militant teachers unions, the Biden regime does not want school policy (COVID) or indoctrination lesson plans (Critical Race Theory) to be challenged. To execute their objective, the intensely political FBI has now been activated against parents in all 50 states. [Targeting Memo Link]

The goal is to label dissident parents, non-conforming free range citizens, as “Domestic Terrorists.” The FBI will use the assembly of Big Tech social monitors to identify the targets for investigation.

If parents do not want to see their child indoctrinated by Marxist racist ideology, or forced to wear a mask, or have a needle injected into their arm while being told their skin color makes them less worthy of life, that person will become a target of the federal police….

… as Mrs. Sherronna Bishop just discovered.

The FBI Response to the Texas Synagogue Attack Is Absolutely Sick

Yesterday, news of a hostage situation in a Texas synagogue rocked the nation. Shortly after, due to the assailant’s admission on a Facebook Live stream, we had an identity and a motive.

The man holding a rabbi and other Jews hostage was a Pakistani named Muhammad Siddiqui. He was demanding the release of his anti-Semitic sister, Aafia Siddiqui, who is currently in prison for trying to kill US military personnel. The Islamist community has made the terrorist a living martyr, with CAIR hosting many rallies seeking her freedom.

Thankfully, due to the actions of the local police and the SWAT team that was present, the hostage-taker was killed and everyone is now safe. As per usual, that left the FBI to march in and take things over, and the response they gave is one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen from a law enforcement agency.

This absolute gaslighting garbage has to stop. The hostage-taker was an Islamist who specifically chose to hold Jews hostage in order to secure the release of a convicted terrorist, who herself was a rabid anti-Semite. Further, Muhammad Siddiqui admitted on his Facebook Live stream why he chose his target and why he was doing what he was doing. Yet, the FBI’s response is to assert that they are “continuing to work to find a motive”? As if he attacked a synagogue by sheer chance?

With all due respect, and the FBI is owed none, are you freaking kidding me?

If I’ve written once, I’ve written it a dozen times, and I’ll continue to write it until things change: The FBI needs to be disbanded. This agency continues to have no credibility, as they actively seek to protect the current administration, push political narratives, and lie to the faces of the American public. FBI Director Christopher Wray is a disgrace, but the problems within the bureau are not just relegated to the top echelon of leadership. Things are rotten to the core.

And because the FBI did what it did, that gave the media a green light to completely obfuscate from what happened at this Texas synagogue. It was just a random act of violence, completely detached from the Jewish community, perpetrated by a man with an “English accent.”

This follows a pattern of absurdity where the FBI refuses to talk motive when it might be politically inconvenient. Whether it’s the Waukesha massacre, the Las Vegas shooting, or this, it’s impossible to ignore how this always seems to happen. Let’s just say that the FBI should no longer exist, and once Congress disbands it and everyone is safely out of that ugly building, it should be knocked to the ground, with something actually worthwhile built in its place.

I’ll leave it at that, so as to stop myself from getting in trouble.

Editor’s note: The hostage taker has been identified by the FBI, in a statement released this morning. Despite his claims that he was Muhammad Siddiqui, the brother of Aafia Siddiqui, he is actually a 44-year-old British national named Malik Faisal Akram.

saw the correct version of this story at 6:30 AM in my Boston Sunday Globe.
Not sure what purpose quoting a rant based on misinformation serves regardless of one's thoughts on the FBI.
How is the author able to claim the high road?

Seriously, I find this contradictory and if I wandered in from the rain would not know what was the point.
Sorry, but the truth is painful enough even if one is not Jewish. Why use that, as if this isn't horrid on it's own?

Huh? What? I heard with my own ears on the TV what the original statement of the FBI was, FBI Special Agent in Charge Matt DeSarno said "the Texas synagogue hostage taker's demands were specifically focused on issues not connected to the Jewish community.", Like WTF! I guess the terrorist made a mistake, he must have thunk he was in a Baptist church to something.Think
Well, I know the FBI is just trying to cover for the BIG GUY who famously said "We won't ignore what our intelligence agencies have determined to be the most lethal terrorist threat to our homeland today: White supremacy is terrorism"... well, the Texas synagogue event doesn't fit that narrative does it?.

Spey, because what the FBI says NOW is only a result of the massive outrage of what they said FIRST...

I heard the initial press conference at the scene live, too, and my jaw dropped when I heard it... Like all the other MASSIVE mischaracterizations of crimes the FBI has perpetrated. They CHOOSE how to speak, they NEVER speak to the press without lot's of internal conversations about what they are going to say, and they CHOSE those words specifically at the hostage press conference.

Had there not been massive outrage, do you think they would have suddennly said "Woops! We got that one wrong, he DID target a shul on Shabbat because of the Jews. Our bad!"... I don't think so.

Spey, with all due respect, I have been involved in the lengthy back and forth required prior to the FBI having an on-scene press conference like the one I watched. Decisions are made to use (or not use) specific words, and the stetement is completely vetted prior to giving it. The mere fact that someone, even initially, was reluctant to correlate the circumcstances at the scene to reality is frightening, appaling and offensive. Like if a reporter stands in front of a burning riot calling it a "mostly peaceful protest" or like calling 9/11 an "aviation disaster."

The fact that the FBI were even initially willing to be so completely tone deaf (at best) is pretty scary.

They made the initial statement, yes they did. Then they revised it. I will leave it there. The interesting question would be were they tone deaf or following procedure. Of that question I have no idea.

I am less focused on the revision (which is certainly welcome) than on the fact that they DID make the initial statement. They could have easily said "we are not making any statements about the HT's motives at this time", but they chose otherwise.

Am I glad they revised their statement? Yes. Do I wonder what their motivation for doing so was? Yes.

You only get one chance to make a first impression and their true colors show on those first impression, not the polished, "we need to rethink this" second-takes.

The Event That Triggered the FBI to Reverse Their Narrative on the Colleyville Terror Attack

As noted by the Washington media, “The FBI reversed its position late Sunday on the Texas synagogue hostage-taker, acknowledging it was a case of terrorism after first improbably insisting the suspect’s motives were unclear.”

It wasn’t just a happenstance reversal, and it wasn’t a reversal based on evidence discovered that caused them to adopt new conclusions. Immediately preceding the FBI reversal in position was a public statement by Joe Biden in Philadelphia:

[11:58 A.M. EST, SUNDAY] …”Hey, folks. With regard to Texas and the synagogue, I spoke this morning with the Attorney General and — to get a rundown. He said there’s overwhelming cooperation with the local authorities and the FBI, and they did one hell of a job.

This was an act of terror. This was an act of terror. And it not only was related to someone who had been arrested, I might add, 15 years ago and been in jail for 10 years — the idea that it was something new. And they did just a great job. “… ~ Joe Biden

The reason this aspect is important is to highlight the motives of the FBI and DOJ. The actions of the institutions are driven by political defenses of the leftist regime.

If President Donald Trump was to have said “This was an act of terror“, the same institutions would have castigated him by saying, there’s still not enough information to make that legal distinction. The media would then inflate the issue and spend the next two media cycles ridiculing him. This is not supposition, this example, is a reference point that actually played out several times during the Trump administration.

However, during the Biden administration, the institutional motives of the DOJ/FBI are in alignment with Joe Biden and his administration. Therefore, the institutions themselves will modify their practices and operations to be in synergy with Dear Leader.

This might sound like a “duh” example, but the larger point is reinforcement of a severely politicized justice system. It is very dangerous to have a justice system driven by political alignment. It is even more dangerous to have a law enforcement agency making decisions based on political alignment.

Joe Biden doesn’t need to give instructions about ideological alignment and messaging. Indeed, I doubt he gives any instructions. The people behind Biden might give instructions, but this type of synergy is more appropriately considered like the cast of an improvisation performance just following the cues by the lead actor. Biden says something, and the apparatus (whichever element it is) moves to align with whatever he just said.

♦ Saturday Night / Sunday Morning FBI: ““We do believe from our engagement with this subject that he was singularly focused on one issue, and it was not specifically related to the Jewish community,” Matthew DeSarno, the FBI Dallas special agent in charge, told reporters. “But we’re continuing to work to find motive, and we will continue on that path.”

♦ Sunday at Noon: “This was an act of terror. This was an act of terror,” Joe Biden says.

♦ Sunday at 5:00pm FBI: “This is a terrorism-related matter, in which the Jewish community was targeted, and is being investigated by the Joint Terrorism Task Force.”

Here’s the video of Biden’s full statement at Noon on Sunday:
The Transcript is [ AVAILABLE HERE ]

Q Do you know why he targeted that specific synagogue, Mr. President?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, no, I don’t. We don’t have — I don’t think there is sufficient information to know about why he targeted that synagogue or why he insisted on the release of someone who’s been in prison for over 10 years, why he was engaged — why he was using antisemitic and anti-Israeli comments. I — we just don’t have enough facts.

Texas synagogue terrorist likely didn't require visa to enter US, avoiding vetting

AUSTIN, Texas — The British terrorist who held four people hostage at a Texas synagogue over the weekend is believed to have traveled to the United States on the basis of tourism, meaning he faced less screening and vetting than a visa or green card recipient would.

Malik Faisal Akram of Blackburn, England, entered the U.S. on a flight into John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York either in late December or early January. He traveled on a tourist visa, according to a U.S. official who anonymously spoke with the Associated Press. Because visas for tourism are not required for British travelers who plan to stay for less than three months, it is likely that Akram traveled through the U.S. Visa Waiver Program.

England is one of 40 countries that the U.S. considers a lesser national security threat and the citizens of which are allowed to travel to the U.S. without having to obtain a visa. Under the Visa Waiver Program, tourists may travel to the U.S. for less than 90 days but must first be approved through U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Electronic System for Travel Authorization.

However, travelers under the program “do not undergo the in-person screening generally required” to receive other types of visas, the Congressional Research Service concluded in an October 2021 report . Because the tourists do not have their biometric data taken, such as fingerprints, facial scans, or retina scans, that information cannot be run against the Department of Homeland Security’s Automated Biometric Identification System or the FBI’s Next Generation Identification system. Instead, their biographical information is checked against other biographical databases.

It is possible that Akram, whose brother claimed he had a criminal record , lied when filling out his ESTA or that his criminal history was not mentioned in the databases that his information was screened against.

The DHS declined to comment on how Akram traveled to the U.S. or what he disclosed as his reason for visiting. The DHS referred the Washington Examiner to the FBI, which did not respond to a request for comment.

BROTHER OF TEXAS HOSTAGE TAKER: WHY DID U.S. ADMIT A KNOWN CRIMINAL?

“Under the Trump administration, we made sure to expand transparency on immigration matters and immigration stories to the greatest extent possible. The Biden administration has moved in the opposite direction and is not providing immigration histories in the way DHS did," said Jon Feere, former ICE senior advisor to the director and chief of staff during the Trump administration.

"ICE could absolutely provide the immigration history of this individual in significant detail. If there were any reason why ICE felt that it couldn’t, the DHS secretary could waive any types of protections and put the information out itself," Feere said.

Chad Wolf, former acting DHS secretary under Trump, said within several hours of law enforcement identifying who the hostage taker was on Saturday that the DHS and the FBI would have created a profile about him, including any derogatory information about him. They would also look at how many times he has or has not traveled to and from the U.S., as well as details about his most recent trip.

“The secretary, attorney general, and FBI director have that information in hand by now. What they choose to release is a different story. They can decide not to release any of it,” Wolf said. “In the Trump administration, we routinely chose to release unclassified background information so the American people could understand who a particular person was or wasn’t. How they traveled to and from the United States — the administration should be able to release that information.”

"The American people have a right to know," said Tom Homan, former acting ICE director. "If DHS has that information, they ought to release it."

The DNC is soft on any kind of crime all the while screaming racism and white supremacy. This isn't hard to figure out. Just like the naval base shooting in Florida, the army base shooting in TX.

Texas Synagogue Attack Smells Like More Evidence Of FBI Corruption

This caught-off-guard response from FBI agents is sadly what Americans have come to expect from our top law enforcement agency.

After all hostages were released from Beth Isreal Synagogue in Colleyville, Texas where they were held for 11 hours on Saturday, FBI Special Agent in Charge Matt DeSarno from the Dallas field office told reporters that the gunman was “focused on one issue” that was unrelated to the Jewish community, and that they are “continuing to work to find the motive.”

That “one issue” is presumably the imprisonment of Aafia Siddiqui, also known as “Lady Al Qaeda,” a Pakistani national who is serving an 86-year sentence in a prison less than 20 miles from the synagogue. The gunman, Malik Faisal Akram, a 44-year-old British citizen, was heard shouting about Siddiqui’s release and demanding to speak to his “sister,” a terrorist whose release mainstream Muslim groups have recently been lobbying for. Akram died of gunshot wounds after the hostages were released.

The FBI’s statement that they “are continuing to work to find the motive” is another example of the agency’s ineptitude on multiple levels. The first is simply their refusal to even hint at the crime’s motivation as antisemitism, which is the only accurate label for an attack at a synagogue on Shabbat where a rabbi and three congregants are held hostage.

“If the law enforcement community doesn’t understand what’s going on, they’re not going to be able to address the fallout from this,” said Kenneth Marcus, the founder and chairman of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law. “This was not a mere slip-up. It is symptomatic of a widespread failure with law enforcement to understand the problems of antisemitism and anti-Zionism,” he told Fox News.

But perhaps even more frustrating is the FBI’s corrupt obsession and use of resources on cases that suit their political fancy, like the Jan. 6 Capitol riot or “Operation Varsity Blues” (catching rich people scamming to get their underachieving kids into top universities), while letting serious violent threats to Americans fly under the radar.

The BBC reports Akram arrived in the United States via New York’s JFK International Airport two weeks ago and he is believed to have bought a handgun used in the incident after his arrival, which would have required him to pass a federal background check, a system run by none other than the FBI.

The BBC report also said the FBI would be conducting investigations in Pakistan, “where it is understood Akram had been recently – to establish if he was acting alone or was supported by others.”

Perhaps he bought the gun “on the street,” as President Joe Biden claimed Sunday, but that still leaves questions as to what the FBI ought to know about who is helping foreigners who recently traveled to Pakistan purchase illegal firearms.

Even with the details sparse on what the FBI could or could not have known about the gunman, this caught-off-guard response from federal agents is sadly what Americans have come to expect from our top law enforcement agency.

The FBI’s failures as an entire institution in recent years are too long to list here, but looking at just the mass shootings and explosions alone that happened after the FBI was aware of the assailants as potential threats is frightening. My colleague Joy Pullmann has documented a number of instances in which the FBI was aware of threats before the violence occurred and did nothing. She writes:

For example, the 2009 Fort Hood shooter, who killed 13; the Boston Marathon bombers of 2013 who killed three and injured 264; and the Pulse nightclub shooter who killed 49 people and wounded 53 more. All were known to the FBI and several had been interviewed by the FBI before they went on killing sprees.

The FBI had also been warned numerous times about the Parkland, Florida school shooter, before he killed 17 and injured 17 more in 2018. It also knew beforehand about the 2018 Nashville, Tennessee Waffle House shooter, who killed four and injured two more, and the 2020 Nashville RV bomber.

The FBI also has a bad track record at categorizing motives and crime, just as in Colleyville. Last spring, it was brought to light by Republican congressmen that after the 2017 congressional baseball shooting, the FBI told lawmakers the mass assassination attempt was officially designated as a “suicide by cop.” The Fort Hood attack carried out as a radical Islamist was designated by the FBI as “workplace violence.”

Whether it’s their inability to move on threats before they occur, or their corrupt labels after the fact, the FBI is notorious for botching both. In the Texas synagogue case, they’ve already missed the mark on one. It will be wholly unsurprising if new details eventually confirm the other.

FBI Promises To Make Hoaxes Less Obvious This Year

WASHINGTON, D.C.—In response to customer feedback, the FBI has pledged to make hoaxes or 'red flag operations' less obvious in 2022.

"We stand committed to pushing the narrative of the Biden administration without also bringing blowback upon ourselves," said FBI Assistant Director Jill Sanborn in a prepared statement.

Democratic leadership has voiced support for the FBI's goal, hoping that it enables them to pass oppressive surveillance state laws. Meanwhile, Republicans have pounced upon the FBI's statement because they are racist insurrectionists who love to pounce.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell rebuked the federal agency. "What we have here is a supposedly neutral government agency going on the record to admit they are working on behalf of a progressive agenda. If only there was some sort of government body that could write laws to put a stop to this egregious abuse of power."

According to sources within the FBI, Assistant Director Sanborn felt like she was being attacked just for trying to do Democrats a favor. "Besides," she said, "I won't admit which hoaxes are ours. Boom! Plausible deniability. That's how they teach you in Quantico."

At publishing time, Sen. Rand Paul attempted to censure the agency and force President Biden to relieve Director Wray of his duties, but his Republican colleagues refused to lend support to the measure, opting to wait until a Republican was in the White House and get the FBI to perform hoaxes on their behalf.

DOJ Documents Obtained by Judicial Watch Confirm Existence of Communications Between FBI & Pfizer about Project Veritas

According to a Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts (“FOIPA”) request response issued by the Department of Justice (“DOJ”), it appears there are indeed communications between Pfizer and the FBI about Project Veritas.

The request for communications, filed by legal advocacy nonprofit Judicial Watch, was acknowledged but denied by the DOJ which cited an exemption over law enforcement proceedings.

“The FBI has completed its search for records responsive to your request. The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure[.]” A direct quote from DOJ FOIPA response letter.

A separate response letter from the DOJ cited “invasions of personal privacy,” as the basis for rejecting a separate, but similar, Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) request to the FBI.

Project Veritas, which previously broke news stories on Pfizer over the past year, was not previously aware of “law enforcement proceedings” relating to those investigations.

[NEW YORK - Jan, 18, 2022] Project Veritas has been made aware of Department of Justice Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts (“FOIPA”) response letters which shockingly appear to confirm that there is some level of communication between federal officials at the Bureau and pharmaceutical giant Pfizer about Project Veritas.

The letters, which were originally obtained by Judicial Watch resulting from FOIA requests made by the legal watchdog group requesting communications between Pfizer and the FBI about Project Veritas cite separate reasons for rejecting the request.

While the second letter attempts to avoid acknowledging the existence of such communications by citing “an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy,” the first response letter from the Department of Justice revealed more information.

The FBI has completed its search for records responsive to your request. The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(A). 552(b)(7)(A) exempts from disclosure:

Records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information ... could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings...

Project Veritas previously published videos of a Pfizer scientist discussing the strength of natural COVID-19 antibodies versus the vaccine with an undercover reporter.

Then in October, Project Veritas obtained internal company documents from a whistleblower which showed admissions from Pfizer management that aborted fetal cell lines were used in the company’s vaccine program, but that employees should just stick with Pfizer’s polished narrative omitting any mention of aborted fetal cell lines to avoid any issues with the public.

Project Veritas has released the following statement on the bombshell revelation:

“It is troubling, not just that Pfizer apparently believes it can rely on the FBI to squash truthful reporting via investigations into law-abiding journalists, but also that they appear to be right in thinking the FBI will willingly target dissenting press with unconstitutional raids. There should be no place for such retaliatory attacks on journalism in America.”

Lest we forget what happened up in Michigan....

More Trouble for the FBI in the Whitmer Kidnapping Case

In a stunning move, defense lawyers now want prosecutors to offer immunity not to their clients but to FBI agents and informants.

The media went wild last week after Joe Biden’s Justice Department finally produced a criminal indictment to support the claim that January 6 was an “insurrection” planned by militiamen loyal to Donald Trump: Eleven members of the Oath Keepers, including its founder, Stewart Rhodes, face the rarely used charge of seditious conspiracy for their brief and nonviolent involvement at the Capitol protest that day.

Journalists luxuriated in the news, jeering those of us who had correctly noted that the Justice Department had failed to charge anyone with insurrection or sedition for more than a year.

But the press does not share the same zeal in covering another politically charged investigation: the imploding criminal case against five men accused of plotting to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020. The kidnapping narrative shares many similarities with their preferred telling of January 6, not the least of which is that alleged militias incited by Trump attempted to carry out a domestic terror attack.

Despite wall-to-wall coverage after the charges in the Michigan case were announced right before Election Day, the corporate media has almost completely memory-holed the abduction caper. Stewart Rhodes is a household name; Stephen Robeson, a convicted felon and the chief FBI informant in the Whitmer case accused of all sorts of malfeasance, is not.

The reason, of course, is that exposing how the FBI set a trap to lure down-on-their-luck men—one of the codefendants referred to Adam Fox, the alleged plot leader, as “Captain Autism”—into their kidnapping ruse would run afoul of the media’s insistence that the government had nothing to do with the events of January 6, despite plenty of proof that hundreds of FBI agents and informants were involved before and during the Capitol protest. (A top FBI official recently refused under oath to say whether FBI agents or assets engaged in or incited violent criminal behavior on January 6.)

Perhaps the media considers it a mere coincidence that the head of the FBI Detroit field office overseeing the Whitmer plot was promoted to head of the FBI Washington, D.C. field office several weeks before January 6?

Defense attorneys in the Whitmer case are making a strong case for FBI entrapment, detailing egregious misconduct by the agency, and asking a judge to dismiss the charges. At least a dozen FBI agents and confidential human sources orchestrated the kidnapping scheme; defense attorneys claim the feds “actively planned and coordinated its efforts to induce the defendants to engage in incriminating behavior and statements, even going so far as designing the objective and structural components of the [kidnapping] conspiracy.”

In a stunning move, defense lawyers now want prosecutors to offer immunity not to their clients but to FBI agents and informants. A new defense filing took the rare step of asking the judge to order the Justice Department to offer “use immunity” to every FBI asset involved in the plot. Fearing they will invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in court, defense attorneys are attempting to compel testimony that would be immune from prosecution, except charges of perjury.

John Kiyonaga, a D.C. criminal defense attorney representing a few January 6 defendants, told me over the weekend that the request is “mind blowingly rare.”

Prosecutors are desperate to conceal the FBI’s animating, and likely criminal, role in the Whitmer plot. The Justice Department notified the court in December that three of the top FBI agents on the case—including Richard Trask, the FBI investigator who signed the criminal complaint against the federal defendants in October 2020—have been removed from the government’s witness list. (The trial is set for March 8.)

Trask, in fact, was fired by the FBI—a near-impossible feat—after he was arrested for assaulting his wife in a drunken rage following a swingers party last summer. Reporters also discovered several anti-Trump tirades posted on Trask’s social media accounts.

“The investigation in this case was based primarily on the efforts of FBI agents and confidential human sources,” wrote Scott Graham, the attorney representing Kaleb Frank, one of five men facing conspiracy to kidnap charges, punishable by a life sentence. “Normally, these people would testify at trial and would answer relevant questions posed by both sides to the case. The entrapment defense directed at both groups would be argued by the parties and decided by the jury. This case, however, is different from most. It is now apparent that a number of both the agents and sources have reason to refuse to testify by invoking their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination.”

Prosecutors also don’t plan to call on Stephen Robeson, the informant who coordinated every surveillance and training trip related to the caper. Not only has Robeson been charged with committing at least two crimes while working the Whitmer plot, the Justice Department accuses him (implausibly) of acting as a “double agent.”

Defense attorneys aren’t buying the government’s latest excuse to keep Robeson, a longtime FBI source, off the witness stand. Robeson’s testimony, the defense argues, “will establish repeated violations of FBI policies in handling [informants], making it both exculpatory and essential.”

The defense also wants to show the jury at least 258 examples of recordings and communications between the informants and their FBI handlers to show how the agency directed every aspect of the attempted kidnapping. Prosecutors claim the statements are “hearsay” and don’t want jurors to see them.

So, what would their unvarnished testimony and captured communications likely reveal? That without the elaborate involvement of the FBI, which compensated the lead informant at least $50,000 for six months’ work and funded every outing to produce photographic evidence of the defendants’ participation in weapons training camps and reconnaissance missions, the plot never would have made it past idle chatter.

It likely would show how the FBI infiltrated alleged “militia groups” and even lured people into those groups beginning in early 2020 under the guise of monitoring potentially violent anti-lockdown rallies.

Evidence would expose how a lockdown rally at the Michigan Capitol building in April 2020 acted as a dress rehearsal for January 6, and how the FBI steered the defendants from more lockdown protests to the kidnapping plot.

The jury also would hear how Stephen D’Antuono, the director of the FBI’s Detroit field office, handled his agents executing the caper and how he was swiftly rewarded for his work. After his office successfully produced damaging headlines for Donald Trump right before the election, D’Antuono was promoted to head of the FBI’s D.C. office just three months before the Capitol protest.

Unsurprisingly, prosecutors have already told the defense that they have no intention of offering immunity to their now-tarnished star government witnesses. It’s unlikely a judge will avoid interfering in what is the sole purview of the Justice Department to offer immunity deals.

But watching these FBI agents and informants repeatedly plead the Fifth on the stand may be as revealing as any protected testimony.

Assange is guilty of spreading 'misinformation' according to the regime.
As James O'Keefe said about 'misinformation', "So what does that term mean anymore? It means we don't trust the people with the truth."
