I think only Marino even got to one. The wrong offense showed up and the 49ers and Joe Montana whooped his ass. BigGrin

And he never got back.

I think big Ben may have also. All Mac Jones seems to do is win. I think I would rather have what he brings to the table than any of the other 4 do. Only time will tell.

Big Ben went to a Super Bowl...but lost as a rookie.

Actually Ben lost in the AFC championship game as a rookie. He would win it all the next season and then again 3 years later.

and that's coming from a Packer fan. I'm not a Pats fan but I can't bet against Belichick. Some people are just smarter than other people. The hoodie is one of those people

Whoooooo.......this didn't age well. Every possession Buffalo had ended in a TD or a kneeldown. That was an a$$beating of the first order.

And slowly, this question will continue to crop up.
How much of the Pats run was due to Hoodie........compared to the GOAT?

No longer a single Pats former assistant as a head coach in the league.
Pretty decent chance Brady wins another ring this year.

Wonder if Brady wants to coach, or do front office chit, or stand/sit in front of TV cameras, when he FINALLY decides to hang em up.
Heck, he will probably take up golf and play the senior tour...

KoC - the question always crops up.

The answer is simple. Synergy. Brady never becomes Brady without BB. Period. BB never wins 6 titles if Brady doesn't become Brady.

Today I decided to see what I've been missing. Turns out not much.

Prolly will watch GB pound on Sf next week too, or mebbe drill some holes in the ice. Walleye bite has been great.

I don't think I've ever cared about a post game handshake or comment.

The Y chromosome has something to do with it.

As for the game?

I was sorry that Mac didn't have more success. Too many drops. And the defense could not have played any worse if they tried.
Young Belichick is the defacto DC. Maybe BB should fire him. And by "maybe" I mean "I f'ng hopw so".

For the record, Pats fans have become so pussified that I'm shocked no one is crying about the Bills running up the score.

I figured I'd poke my head in and see what you hoodlums been doing in here.

Brutha Conan. You're not gonna be happy with me, but from what i've seen, (mostly highlights), I don't think GB has enough defense to make the big show. I understand some key players may return. Mebbe they'll prove me wrong. Mebbe I'll watch, but an organization which screams "unity", while creating division doesn't deserve the attention it gets. Just my .02. It's what drove me away, and I have gotten way more fishing time in for that. Win in my book.

Hopefully the return of Z and Ja will spark the D and give it the humph they need to be a SB-level defense. Similarly, Bahk, Josh and Billy on the O-line will push the offense to more consistency. I’mma trying to take it one week at a time but this is the “win or go home” part of the season that makes it truly exciting. Glad you’re getting to fish more, your FB posts certainly show it!

No matter how I feel about the NFL, the Pack is still the "home team", so I hope they take it to the house. It's a night game, so I prolly will watch. I have watched a few GB games when I had nothing else to do this season. This could be the last season that they might have a chance. I don't have enough faith in Love to even take the victory formation snap.

I’m not returning to the Packers D……

Tail there’s never been a classy winner? Or any excuse to justify the “Patriot way”?

I hate the 49ers about as much as I hate the Packers (both teams have broken Rams fans' hearts many times over the past few decades), but I think/hope the 49ers will win...they've been playing some good football on O and D, getting hot at the right time. Not sure why they gave up on Jimmy G, but he is solid, sometimes spectacular when he's healthy.

But it won't matter unless Rams take care of the Cardinals tonite...if they do, I'd rather them play the 49ers at SoFi than the Pack at Lambeau...

Rams have been too inconsistent to take them to the bank...they got run over by the Cards and Kyler Murray early in the season, then contained him and forced him to make mistakes late in the season.

Sixteen of the 17 regular season GB games were broadcast into Hawaii. Certainly didn’t need to subscribe to any satellite service. I had a blast, other than the games they lost (…the Viqueens game was quite entertaining though…).

The window with Rodgers is certainly closing but gotta admit, like fine wine or a wonderful Cuban cigar, he seems to be getting better as he ages. My fandom for the Packers won’t leave when he leaves (…retirement or something else…) but hard to imagine having another HoF QB waiting in the wings…then again, who knows, maybe the kid will be good.

Is that what you took from my post?
You dwell too much on absolutes.

Here's the deal:
I don't give 2 fuqs who shakes whose hand after a playoff.
Exception: NHL Hockey.
Because it's tradition. Not social media peer pressure.

Doesn't mean players/coaches shouldn't do it. Just that it's not worthy of comment if they don't.

If you feel differently, we can discuss.
Otherwise you're just trolling the (now totally inept) Patriots. Over a truly non-football (non-sport) topic.

Sidenote:
I have a newfound respect for Jets fans (and others).

Watching my team get dismembered early and often with zero chance of approaching a respectable finish, I found it difficult to continue watching. Yet Jets fans have been doing it for decades.

Cue the Real Men of Genius Music:
Here's to you, Mr. Jets fan.
Because nobody gets so excited over the simple act of not losing by too much.

now totally inept...

as much as I think we're different, I also can not bear to watch my team go down in disgraceful defeat...I can stand nail-biters to a bitter end that I know might break my heart, but not a beatdown...

it could be that there are so many good teams to root for in SoCal, that it's easy to move on...

but even when the home team is applying a beatdown, LA fans can't stay to watch...SoFi was nearly half empty by middle of 4th quarter when the Rams had the game in the bag

I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the Jets for one reason...the Monday Night Miracle on October 23rd, 2000. Most boring 3 quarters of football I've watched followed by the greatest Quarter (+ overtime) that I've ever seen. The heroes of the game were Vinny Testaverde and Jumbo Elliott. I highly recommend any football fan to find a video and watch it. Do NOT watch the whole game...just the 4th qt and the OT. Take note of the score at the beginning of the 4th.
