A woman was arrested and charged with hate crimes after allegedly spitting on Jewish children in Brooklyn, N.Y., according to authorities.

Christina Darling, 21, approached an 8-year-old boy and his younger siblings last week and made antisemitic statements before spitting on them, the New York Police Department (NYPD) Hate Crime Task Force said on Twitter. Darling allegedly told the children that they should have been killed in the Holocaust during the incident, which took place outside the Kehal Tiferes Avrohom Ziditshov Orthodox synagogue, according to The Washington Post.

"Hitler should have killed you all," she reportedly said. "I'll kill you and know where you live."

The 8-year-old's father, Aryah Fried, told CBS New York that after Darling made the hateful comments, his son responded, saying he would save his little sister.



"I gotta teach him not to engage, but he engaged," Fried said. "And she came running back at him, spat in his face and told him 'We will kill you all, I know where you live, and we'll make sure to get you all next time.'"

Darling was charged with three counts of aggravated harassment and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, both of which are classified as hate crimes, according to the NYPD's task force.

She could appear in court before a Brooklyn judge Friday evening, a spokeswoman for the Brooklyn District Attorney's office told NBC News.

I have been called a Kike many times as a kid and a "Jew Lawyer" as an adult.

My friend and I were beaten down in 3rd grade by three older kids because we were "Dirty F'ing Jews.

My brother had a milkshake poured over his head at McDonald's after a high school football game for being a "Jew Boy."

My kids have suffered more of the same, but not beaten down. Hannah was verbally assaulted many times in middle school. Noah beat the **** out of a high-school soccer team-mate after being told "Hitler had the right idea."

Sadly, it goes with the territory.

But, no adult should ever treat anyone like that, especially a child... Sick

Supposed the kid had past run- ins with this broad?

Supposed he had it out for her???

Was it "sound taped" or just video /visual taped?

The visual video evidence is damning but who else heard the actual words? Other than 3 young kids???

I think it is going just a tad fast...like a lynching mob...

I saw the video of her walking back and forth on the sidewalk...the view was blocked by a Small roof extension?
Kinda like a bus stop building or a garage roof???

Plus they "digitally blocked her head " several times ...

Pretty sure law enforcement peeps got to see the entire video without the squares all over her head...
My guess is that she was spitting when the digital blocks appeared....so it's pretty much 100%that she spit on somebody...but the verbal part is hearsay unless all three kids said the same thing while seperated and uncoached by the 8yr old or the parents...

This new instant justice has its downside as sometimes appears later...if she is guilty and it's proven then she gets what the judge & jury dish out.

While staying in st pete beach, I didn't go out much but I heard the k word, the n word, ****, beaner, sand n*, and many more. Even my own parents complained to front desk that "the beaner didn't do the kitchen towels" I've cussed them out at high volume on multiple occasions to not be racist azzwholes but it hasn't stuck.

The vaccine argument goes right up against their seat belt and helmet argument.
They don't wear seat belts and they're not taking no shots.

My legal experience is that young kids generally don't lie about sophisticated adult matters; can't keep their stories straight if they do lie; and that it is real easy to tell when they are coached

No. It is NOT hearsay.

When a witness (or three witnesses) repeat what was said to them to their face as here, it is "direct evidence" (as opposed to indirect evidence), which means that if it is true, then it proves the matter asserted.

Now, repetition of what the children said to a parent here by the parent, let's say to a cop, it IS hearsay that IS hearsay.

But, always keep in mind that there are like 30-35 exceptions, so hearsay isn't always necessarily inadmissible or not credible.

Actually the article is accurate. As his father said, "His body his choice". Given the CHOICE of vaccination or death he chose death. In the article the reason for the necessity of vaccination is clearly stated. Survival Benefit is one of the 6 considerations of the medical ethics for a transplant. Various vaccinations are needed before transplant. While outrageous at first glance, they made an acceptable decision.

What does taking the experimental JAB have to do with a heart transplant? How does that benefit his survival when the jab has been linked to many people having heart problems and even weakened immune systems? Is there some long-term data that shows the JAB improves the survival rate of transplant patients? Medical ethics my azz. Take the JAB or we'll let you DIE?

Why wouldn't you want the heart going to a person who has the best chance of success?

Because using an experimental vaccine as the sole or guiding (assumption herebased on the story) determination is not medically accurate, but is politically "tasty". If the vaccinated recipient goes to restaurants and eats indoors all the time, goes to concerts, etc and fails to wear a mask, while the unvaccinated one lives in a rural area and takes extreme precautions against infection, why does the check box for "vaccinated" have any bearing?

Covid-19 vaccination is not a requirement for organ transplant. The patient needs to transfer out of the Mass General Brigham system who has this vaccine mandate and then sue them.

Assume the following:

1. Covid is truly as bad as the U.S. government says it is;
2. The jab is safe; and
3. The jab is 100% effective

Everything being equal, do you believe it is morally or medically ethically wrong to reassign the heart transplant to someone else who has taken the jab even though doing so is purely voluntary and why?

I can't assume 1, 2 or 3 are true because we know the regime and its cronies fudged the numbers and lied about the safety and efficacy of the experimental vaccines for political purposes.
It is therefore morally and medically ethically wrong to deny a patient critical lifesaving treatment based on those false assumptions.

Robert, as to your points.

The Trump government and the Biden government have nothing lied. The Trump government lied at a hugely greater scale. The shot is safe. Anyone willing to interpret the raw data on shot relates deaths will see this. The full shot regimen reduces death by 91%. Give the guy credit. His moral beliefs are strong enough that he is willing to die for them when he has a choice. 100 times out of 100 the organ should go to whoever comes out highest on Factors in organ allocation. Even if unvaccinated for SARS-COVID2 it is illogical to assume he was only rejected due to lack of vaccination. If you fully read what doctors have said you will know that vaccination is only one element considered along with others.
