Today I walk in Nevada, a place where freedom reigns. You guessed it, no mask mandate. The air seems cleaner, the colors seem brighter. Employers sill have the right to enforce masking and vaccinating as I understand it. What, common sense wins?

^ True, an interesting point about Nevada, our governor is a Democrat, and Biden won our state. I doubt that any other state with that combination has no mask mandate.

I haven't worn a mask in a business in months. Only the Vet required one.

Not in restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, grocery stores... nada. If there is a mandate in CA almost everyone is ignoring it. When we stopped at the pub in old town the other day... not even the staff were wearing masks.

Some people still wear them, but I'd bet it's less than 30%.

I don't think we ever had a statewide mask mandate in Missouri, Lots of towns had them and certainly plenty of businesses.

Actually I’m in Colorado right now. Same blue status. Yup, no mask mandate no vaccine passport.

Back in California I’ve been under a mask mandate since August 1. It will lifted in a week but not for school children. We hate the children because they survived the abortion gauntlet.

In the San Francisco Bay Area mask compliance is pretty much 100%. When they finally said after 18 months that face diapers were useless and we should wear N95s, the next day at least 50% had upgraded to N95s. Nobody had a single complaint about the noble lie about masks.

What about the poor little ones in their union run government schools?

Word is next month in Jersey if King Philip sees fit

But Stacy Abrams would be exempt of course

Our little ones in the union run government schools will wear masks forever. They need to learn the lesson of compliance just like their parents.

We went to New Orleans weekend before last to tour the National WWII Museum and to grab some good food.

Mask were required for all indoor public areas. However, one didn’t have to wear a mask in restaurants if you presented your vax card. The same was true for bars.

An excellent trip even with having to wear mask indoors and the National WWII Museum is worth the trip.

One night I came home. I figured, let my wife come on. I’ll play it cool. Let her make the first move. She went to Florida.
