that they can't possibly answer a question about an order within a week sent via their own messaging system?

Call them. You’ll be on hold 30 minutes. Then they’ll take care of you. They must be busy. It’s been this way since Covid as far as I know.

I've found that you'll be better off calling rather than emailing. Yes the wait times are long....but when they finally answer your call they are always very helpful.
