the deal includes a trade. we keep HD and they get Julia Child, may she rest in pieces.

Well, I definitely miss HD a bit since he migrated. But, I definitely miss Julia too (for example: her potatoes anna). We have like five of her cookbooks, all on different types of dishes. My mom has many, many of the very oldest ones... Hmmm... good times and cigars w/ HD vs. good food??? I'll take both. TVM!

I'm not a fan of sending our kids off to war over Ukraine. Standing in the sidelines while watching Russia absorb it's neighbors is not very comfortable. I don't know what the right answer is but I hope it's not the start of something bigger. What is in place to prevent them from stopping there and not creeping into the other surrounding countries?

Then on the other side of the world we have the China licking it's chops to absorb Taiwan.

While the world is focused on those two fronts, I think we should look into annexing Canada. It should probably be an easy grab.

Yes, an invasion of Canada would be perfect right now.
-Their government has showed much more fear than Ukraine.
-Liberate them of all of their maple syrup and Canadian bacon.
-Close down their Cold Front and Snow industries.

No Blood for Oil. Blood for Bacon seems reasonable.

The cowards in our capital have offered Zelensky an escape from danger. Encouraging him to run & hide like Truedoe from truckers.

But he said go stuff yourself. "We need ammo not a ride"

Biden & all those who voted for him have wussified America.

No more mean tweets though. Wussys!

^ Trumply savant right here.

Let's call 'em mean names and give everything cute derogatory nicknames.

That'll show em.

Let's forget the fact that his leadership skills are garbage and just blame everyone else for his awful failings...it was their fault!!! (Fill in arbitrary names of RINOS here that were formerly good people).

Blame everyone else till you can get your guy back who will tell you everything is ok.

Wussy.

If you could vote today & the choice was Trump or Biden

You'd choose Biden

Not because Biden is a better leader with better domestic & foreign policy but because you HATE Trump.

Biden has been wrong on every single foreign policy decision for 40+ years!

America & the world be damned, just no Trump! Liberal tears must not be shed. Snowflakes melt faster than polar ice caps

At least you can have the balls to admit Ukraine would be in no danger whatsoever had Trumps energy policies remained.

Good for you

Um, am I missing something? Where did BGZ say the Ukraine would be in no danger whatsoever had Trumps energy policies remained?

I can’t believe I’ve been out here over 6 years living covertly.

I can cook real well including beef bourguignon although it’s not Julia Child’s recipe.

I would vote for a wet shriveled paper sack before I would vote for Trump.

Truth of the matter is, Biden is a better leader... way better, and it's not even close.

The difference is you don't like the policies... I get that... I don't really care for them either.

I see it as Putin taking advantage of the discord and division that Trump caused... and his base is blaming it on Biden.

It's backwards...

And Trump is the one over there still... on Putin's nuts... just dangling there, encouraging you all to dangle too...

Go ahead DG, dangle on dem nutz.

Biden is a better leader? I have to disagree.

Based on what? His 40+ years in politics where he has done absolutely nothing to help the country but a whole lot to help himself and his kid? A true leader cares about the people and the country he leads. Implementing policies that benefit the people and the country as a whole show leadership.

The idea of Trump or anyone hanging on Putin’s nuts is a fictional narrative.

He's a better leader! ??? By what metric?

Just look at his son. Hunter is THE example of Joe's leadership

Than look at Trumps kids. Guess our definition of good leadership differs.

Or look at the position of our country under Trump vs. Biden.
Guess our definition of good leadership differs

Or look at the world under Trump vs. Biden

Guess our definition of good leadership differs.

The economy, the border, the drugs & human trafficking, crime, ... you know the long list of comparisons where Biden is a catastrophic failure vs. Trumps list of successes

Bidens corruption in Ukraine & Russia is well documented but I get it Trump hurt your feelings. So world be damned. Give bgz a shriveled paper sack.

I’ll always miss the Columbia Restaurant and Cuban food. I can find it here but gotta drive. I just make my own garbanzo bean soup, 1905 salad, Cuban bread, and ropa vieja.

The wife misses a good Cuban sandwich Tampa style.

Some people see the glass half full. Others see it half empty. I see a glass that’s twice as big as it needs to be.

Say what you want about Trump, but the current situation in Ukraine did not occur under him. It has all taken place under Biden.

Russia began staging their troops along the Ukrainian border last spring to the tune of approximately 75,000. U.S. response was crickets. It may have been an excellent time to begin thinking about sanctions or maybe even implementing some.

As of yesterday, the U.S. has not targeted Russia's number one money maker, oil/petroleum. Russia earns 1 billion a day from their oil/petroleum sales/distribution. That may have dropped some in the past couple of days but not because of the U.S.

Currently, the U.S. purchases 595,000 barrels a day from Russia. Why in the first year of Biden’s administration are we so dependent on Russia for petroleum? Why have we not hit Russia with sanctions where it will hurt them the most?

For some reason, I seem to recall that the U.S. had become energy independent under Trump and Russia did not invade any countries under hie watch.

Amazing how things have changed in the first year under Biden.

We make our own 1905 for years, but it's never nearly as good- even though we use their dressing, exact ingredients per their recipe book and their recipe. And, I miss Columbia's sandwich too, even though I go around every 90-120 days.

I'll get you a recipe book next time I go...

I could take you up on that! They publish just a few recipes on line but I’ve got the 1905 spot-on. Prolly make it twice a month. I make the dressing. Bottled stuff doesn’t cut it.

I think they use the bottle stuff in the restaurant.

“1905” Dressing Ingredients

½ cup extra-virgin Spanish olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
⅛ cup white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Salad Dressing Preparation

Mix olive oil, garlic and oregano in a bowl with a wire whisk. Stir in vinegar, gradually beating to form an emulsion, and then season with salt and pepper. For best results, prepare 1 to 2 days in advance and refrigerate.

Ya, better leader. Good leader's don't throw everyone and their mom under the bus (pretty sure he's done it, if not, it's not because he wouldn't have).

Good leader's lead by example... well, he sets an example of what not to do. His only saving grace as a leader was that other leaders wouldn't want to accidentally eat a nuke for hurting his ego.

Serious, his administration has spit out more RINOS than Africa... are all them... the ones who weren't on the same page as him... you know... the ones that didn't follow the narrative... you know, the disgraceful ones who tell the truth... if you listen to him all those humans were the sh*t bags... not him, he's the victim here... Sound familiar? It should... that's his whiney azz every time he gets on tv.

That is his leadership style... that's it. If you don't break the law for him, then you're a rino. If you don't lie for him, you're a commie shill. If you don't cheat for him, you're a disloyal sh*t bag...

THAT IS TRUMP'S LEADERSHIP STYLE...

Loyalty is a one way street with that guy.

I know, Right!

Feeble.

I picture him in his man bun in a corner on the floor in the fetal position fretting over the fact that he knows that I know that he knows Trump was a better POTUS than Biden.

Granted, not saying much but yeah Carter was a better POTUS than Biden

Someone please comfort Ben with a shriveled sack

Male cats have an amazing thing, kinda walk around going, "That's mine! I like that too. Mine!" Thank God men aren't like that. "Nice car, Bob. Mine now!"
