Glock 9mm and 3 "high capacity" magazines found at the scene, in a city where it's notoriously difficult to obtain a carry license (impossible for out of state folks such as the suspect), and illegal to have more than 7 rounds loaded.

Cleary more laws are needed to stop this flagrant violation of already existing laws. Ban some already banned assault rifles while they're at it.
