I'm confused...is Putin a left-winger or a right-winger? I've heard both and Hilldog once said Putin was a leader of a “white supremacist and xenophobic movement”. Blink

I asked why the far right nuts loved Putin, cuz I was also raised that he's a Commie and Commies are far left.
But in recent years he's attracted the attention of well right of center power brokers. I'm not even talking about the flowery compliments Trump paid him. Why exactly does communism continue to be an argument in the right/left discussion?

Socialism as a theory, i.e. equal distribution of wealth, goods, and services across the populace has never been truly practiced with the exception of a few communes in the 60s.

People spouting the virtues of socialism, clearly haven't paid attention to how communist countries actually run in practice. There is always a ruling class.

People protesting the people supporting socialist ideas, most likely understand that these "commies" aren't looking for a governmental rule similar to Russia or China, but are more focused on the ideal definition of the theoretical practice.

Understanding these points, we can rightly conclude that everybody is stupid

They say in France that the Yellow Vest riots were sparked by the belief that the election was stolen. What part don't you understand? The Yellow Vest movement started the popular revolt against the Macron regime in November 2018. The chant on the streets were “Macron resign!” “Résistance!” “Liberté!”

Please show me any government that is not autocratic. The name, and theoretical operation really do not matter. Our founders put together an amazing document foil autocracy. That document has been minimized by interpretation. The way the constitution should work, and did so for a very long time is as follows in my opinion. It is to be understood, not interpreted. If changes are needed that needs to be through an amendment which is difficult to do. It was meant to be a difficult process so the constitutions goals were never bastardized.

We've already covered the how, and I didn't question it. I declared it wrong. OK though, let's assume your phrasing was simply thoughtless and unintelligently executed. You only meant all domestic socialist supporters, which you've previously classified as anyone left of center.

That's still an incredibly large sampling of the population to level such blanket accusations against, and I feel quite safe in again declaring you wrong
