I know, it sounds like he's giving away his customer service problems, but that's not it...

apparently celticbomber is getting ready to close out his 10,000th customer service ticket since his promotion... as a celebration he's apparently doing some kinda raffle/giveaway...

He hasn't ironed all the details yet, but all you need to do to get in on the drawing is private message him with your name, address, and a list of your top 3 cigars (sold on cigarbid)...

Corey - do you remember when you turned over the Customer Service Liaison Rep position to CB? I was doing some rough math on how many customers StePHen helps per day and came out to 50 based upon a May 1 turnover date. I thought you turned the CSLR job over to him earlier but can’t find anything that references the earlier change.
