Also title IX is being applied as the basis of the investigation, you may want to bone up on that. IX has no legal basis for the investigation. Is there any specific law, or constitutional amendment you would like to point out that makes biologically correct pronouns criminal to use? When you say alleged incident that infers you know something I am unaware of.
As far as I can tell this is governmental overreach that is evil, insidious, and illegal. I will willingly contribute to a defense fund for the 3 8th graders, and to any fund for their civil cases against the jerk offs that are persecuting them.
Finally let's quite abusing the constitution to fit the preference of the day. That is fucked up and getting more so by the day.
i assume you are referring to my post?
i never said it did not fall under free speech nor did i say i agree (or disagree) with the charge being levied.
My use of the term "alleged incident" is simple - i am not claiming to know anything other then what the article i read provided in which they used the term and since i have no evidence to show it did or did not occur... is is alleged...
lastly i simply posted details from an article of the event for those interested that may not have had the time or desire to google...
now for my personal feelings, based on what was said in the article... it appears to be bulling I'm not sure anything else applies but again, i know very little about what did/did not happen so i reserve the right to change my opinion later. I am also not a lawyer and have no idea how this fits into current law.
Bullying has no place in schools and should be punished accordingly. free speech does not equal free of consequences.
