Chit tank sucked out this morning. Took a 4 hour nap, mowed and whacked off the weeds in the ditch.

Grilling burgers now.

Hopefully the forecast for rain all week is wrong and I can get at finishing the patio. Not doing anything with it today.

Drove the cavernous Dodge Promaster 15000 with a half full, 30 gallon gas container in the back. Sure, it was secured by a couple rubberlike bungy cords. Felt like I was driving the largest ever Ford Pinto.

The other thrill of the day was driving a Tesla. First time behind the wheel of an electric car. Feels like something out of Area 51. 0 to 60 in 3 seconds. Briefly caused a disconnect between my eyes and brain.

19+ hours for the week. Most hours in a two day period since October 1st.

Tomorrow is follow up with the furnace companies and a cigar with a guy I use to work with.

Rain tomorrow will complicate dog and bike duty.

Haven't seen him post here at all. Don't have any contact information other than what we all have here.

We were only able to meet up once but got to meet him, his wife, Ellen, his daughter, Taylor and granddaughter, Bella.

Super GREAT guy (...as many of your already know...). They had an action-packed schedule so was glad they could squeeze us in (...HOnizuka was also there...).

New AC is in. Now I can get some relief from these blistering upper 50s temps. At least we're set for the next time summer rears its head again

Gonna be a layabout day today. Cold n raining all day, can't work on outside stuff. Only thing I really need to do inside is rehang the bathroom exhaust fan but that needs someone holding it up and someone in the attic. Wife's in Wisconsin till the weekend and boys at school. Already vacuumed and did dishes and laundry so I think that's it for today.

A few miracles to report.
Monday: Painter. On time and got done ahead of his estimated time.
Today: Countertop team. On time and got done ahead of his estimated time.
Also today: Tile Guy. A full half day.... early.

In Awe. Probably cursed the next two days, but....

Cigar date with friend was good. Saw the previously mentioned cigar brother in the hospital. He should work with the highway department as he had 4 instead of 3 bypasses. Shaved a half pound of fat off of is heart during the procedure.
Likely to remain in the ICU until his planned release on Friday.

Tomorrow, they challenge him with some stairs.

Nice day, brother 8track.

I wish my situation was as simple as remodeling. But then I'd still be stuck in a state run by idiots.

Check you out, HD!
Able to keep things on time and budget?
Does the PRC automatically have itemization on the billing statement for graft, corruption, waste and open drug scenes?

I'm asking for nobody as nobody is moving there... at least nobody from North America. Eh?

I didn’t say anything about on time.

We don’t itemize. We just lump it all in under “state income tax”. The government knows best how to divide it up.

One of my favorite clichés is You can make money in any type of market.

Who's got the answer key to this fustercluck?
