Customer Service has not been the same since the start of the pandemic. Calling has seemed to be the best way to get to someone but you’re gonna hafta stay on the line for upwards of an hour. But, when you do (…finally…) get to talk to someone, 98.2% of the time they’ll be able to resolve your issue quickly.
