Does anyone know why no one is answering the phones at any of the cigar websites CI, CB, C.com, or have any of my orders been processed?

They often have automation glitches. The reason they can sell at such great prices is due to not paying needless wages.

I have orders from last week that still show as Processing, been on hold for an hour only to be disconnected since last week.

Mine shows processing since last week also, I've been calling and nobody answers, and now I says closed due to unforseen circumstances

CBid noob rules to live by.

1) It’s a discount cigar website. Don’t expect a ton of service.

2) Your cigars WILL make there way to you. Patience is a virtue.

3) If you want to have a conversation go to a shpo and pay extra for that privilege
