Trump despises anyone who makes more headlines than he does, has billions of dollars more than he does and has wider circles of influence.

But I admit, not being a Musk fan is one thing I have in common with Trump...he has many of the negative characteristics that I find unlikable in Trump, liberal or con...

Rogan and Lex Fridman which both imo (I don't want to speak for them) appear to lean libertarian.

I wouldn't expect Libertarians to denounce Elon...

Trump said Elon was sniffin' around the White House looking for subsidies and stuff and pretending he was a devoted Trumper. Although Musk is to blame for his shenanigans, I don't put total blame on Musk, I blame the bureaucratic corporate welfare lobbyist system that has always perpetuated it.
I remember when Ben was a cheerleader for the corporate state, he said in effect that the government giving out stolen loot to special interests to advance the pet projects of politicians and their donors was so progressive that without it technological progress would not be possible. We'd have to rely on capitalism which would be bad. Something like that.
Pretty sure he thinks that way still...BUT TRUMP!
