YEZZIR, this house came with a pool that's 1/3rd of the backyard, and the pool was less than a year old when we closed. I hate subdivisions, but just 7 miles from the farm and cheaper than we were being quoted to have half the size of this place and this one built back a the farm and this one is barely ten years old, very energy efficient, and the in-ground pool uses a cartridge type filter system that I can take care of myself. Two car garage and a couple of extra bedrooms as well as my own room for my various collections, mainly liquor and cigars.
