Anyone else struggling to reach customer service? I’ve never received my order and it was sent back to cigarbid. That was almost a month ago, and I’ve made multiple calls, sat on hold for well over an hour, and eventually hung up. Sent 4 service request form emails and no one has gotten back to me. My first negative experience with this company. Have been trying to give them benefit of the doubt but this is getting old

Having the same issue. Submitted a dispute with my credit card as that seems the only way to try and resolve it since cigarbid never responds or answers their calls.

Same, my latest order shows the order is still processing for a full week but the charge never completed on my CC. No one answers when you call. Wonder what's happened.

PM CelticBomber he can help out just make sure to include the order number and problem. He helped me out last week. One of the fella's on here told me about him. He does it part time to help them out.

Check your card purchases. I have 2 cards on file with them and 1 has only been used here and a fraudulent purchase was made with it. There were also failed attempts made 3 separate times that didn't go through. Canceled it now waiting 1-3 months for the investigation. Strange enough the one that went through was for a similar amount to one of my recent orders but was charged to sears in Illinois. Researched it and alot of other people were defrauded worse than me. Scammers used a name of a bankrupt company to look legitimate. The other fake companies they used to try and charge it were brail learning center and some others I cant remember. Maybe they had a breech and are trying to keep it quiet.

You guys are on a roll. 20 pm's since July 7th. Including them ^^^. Had to dust off the ole form letter.Also received someone's credit card info. That was fun. Buy out an online sex toy site and just check the shipping same as billing address box. I probably saved lives.

Same here. Celtic Bomber gave me a one time code that got me to the Escalated Incident Team. Code was PLAT something. Not palladium. Can’t remember exactly.

I will have to sympathize, at one time the CS for C-bid and CI was top notch. Maybe like 5 years ago. It's sad to see that it's become what it has become. Also sad to see that they don't offer the selection that they used to have many moons ago but much of that is out of their control.

With that said, they haven't shut down the forum yet and have been hands off with the Minotaurs (for good or bad).

I spent over 90 minutes on hold on 4 phone calls without success, I’ve also submitted 3 emails without response!!! What the hell is going on, this used to be my absolute favorite cigar shop,but they have messed up my last two orders and I can’t get them resolved!!!!

Pretty lame response... what does posting in a forum have to do with being a loyal customer? Most customers never post here yet have spent thousands with this company. No real reason too post unless there is an issue, unless you enjoy the BS associated with online "conversations".

Well it serves to warn other potential customers that the CS sucks. That's a pretty good reason. I just spent a couple hundred here today and was planning on spending another couple hundred... but now I'm not. I'll wait to see how it goes. With all the talk I might be purchasing items they may not even actually have on hand and be siting on an order they took $$$ for but haven't sent... and won't answer to give an explanation.

You may have noticed that there are litterally tens of recent threads posting similar info that you posted. It didn't stop you from purchasing, and it wont stop anyone else from purchasing. No one "checks here first" and then orders...

Yea same here my July 12 order is still processing it says, sadly with my order for today tgat is processing. As usual no response via email and I just called the 800 number to hear DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WERE ARE CLOSED . Please check back shortly as we expect to open soon. LMAO yea I bet shortly

That was super helpful... he even officered a happy ending, but I told him I was a bit too married for that...

He did take care of my support issues though!!!

It's a good thing that excellent customer support like Celtic Bomber exists this day in age.

My card was charged 5 times and immediately reversed. Tried calling Customer Service but kept on hold for over 30 mins each time. Sent an email, no response. Kinda worrying!!! Hope they are reading this and do finally respond!!!

Seriously though... the CS here was great before covid. And before Swedish Match or whatever the fook it is bought it up.

Most of us that post here don't buy from this place anymore. If I see a deal I might put in a bid, but it's unusual.

I never had a problem before, my ship day has always been Thurday, and I would receive my package on Saturday.
It's Friday night and my order is still processing..but they did charge my credit card real fast and efficient like Thursday night!
