i CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE AT CIGARBID. CAN'T GET THROUGH ON THE PH0NE AND HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO CUSTOMERSERVICE. I RECEIVED THE WRONG CIGARS. MAYBE A CHARGEBACK ON THE CREDIT CARD WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

If you use cap lock CS is going to assume you’re yelling and not take your call.

However if you promise to yell in a demeaning fashion to Celticbomber he will take extra care of you. I don’t judge but he’s a little different, his wife is Jewish and he really get going when someone is overbearing and loud.
